★☆☆☆☆ Go to Total Auto Care down the road to the west. Better service with knowledgeable technicians that are up to date on service for your vehicle. No upsetting required. They (walz Auto) tried to sell me stuff/services I did not need. Simple fix at home on a battery cable end. Hum? Do not trust them anymore. Very Under trained grease monkeys/mechanics not technicians. Can't perform simple tasks as reseting an oil change reminder service light. Owners excuse: my guys are not to sharp to do that? Save your time and money and shop elsewhere...........................................learned my lesson and I thought I could trust them. Rumor has it the shop is closing: the lead mechanic and owner are going to retire because they can't find smart help in the shop? Good luck if you bring your vehicle there.

★★★★★ Wow! I was an hour from home and on my way to Pittsburgh when I began to lose air in my tire at 6:30am. After getting to a gas station to put in more air i began to call around looking for a repair shop. After numerous calls to various shops I was told that techs were not available till after 8am and I would need an appointment. These guys picked up the phone prior to stated hours and told me to come on in. 30 minutes later I was on my way. Thanks so much and wish I lived in the area to make this my go to shop.
