This is by far the worst car wash I have gone to. I went months ago when they first opened and it cleaned my car, Just ok. Today I was passing by and it was a quick and easy stop, well, $20 later and this thing didn't even touch my windshield or rear window, I'm not sure the brushes even touched my car other than the mirrors. I was told it has the undercarriage wash and didn't even hear/feel that. It also left a bunch of soap behind which is definitely not good for the paint! What a waste of money and time. I will NEVER visit ANY Washville car washes EVER again! Who can I talk to about getting my $20 back?

First time going here, I purchased the $16 wash for my Pathfinder . Noticed the wash was moving pretty quickly, not like the car washes i’m used to. It definitely looked like a quick wash, really lousy job. Left streaks, areas not cleaned. Paid extra for the tire shine, literally half of one tire had shine on it. I would suggest if your car is really dirty and you are in a rush, grab the $10 wash. If you really care about a good wash, go elsewhere.

Bad quality wash. Half the chemicals don't spray. Impossible to cancel your membership. Rude customer service. And the manager thinks making a phone call at 7 in the morning to an upset customer is a smart idea. Business calls should never happen that early in the morning. Avoid this overpriced trash pile

I bought a membership and I've now used both washville car washes near me, chicopee and Springfield, and at both locations your tire scrubbers are leaving marks and dirt and fine scratches on my car. I was hoping the chicopee location did not have this problem but it is even worse,I've attached photos of my carwash today in chicopee,I can no longer utilize either car wash for fear of ruining my car completely. Due to the rain at the moment i cannot check for further damage to the paint.

Never signed up for there service and they keep charging my card. Tried on numerous calls and emails but no response from from them. I've only used them once and that car wash has costed me 60.00 so far. Ridiculous

Paid for the highest package car wash. My car came out still dirty with bugs all on the front of my car, mirrors and windshield. Vacuums were free but didn’t work well at all.

This was my first time trying out washville i usually get a wash frequently and i had thought about signing up for a monthly pass and i stopped by the booth where i was greeted by a gentleman who helped me decide what pass i wanted he was very professional i believe his name was antonio sold me a skyline pass and it makes my car shine and they have amazing vaccums i recommend check out washville chicopee 520 memorial

Drove across the states from Eugene, Oregon, and stopped at this car wash as my Vehicle hadn’t been washed since. They did the most pristine job and would recommend this car wash to anybody! Their location was the cleanest, Even compared to the ones in Oregon. The employees their were extremely nice and offered me all the services without being pushy. Keep it up!

I have a young toddler and my car is only a couple years old…I was getting so overwhelmed with the mess that my husband got me a pass so I can come get my car cleaned whenever I want to. However, when I was there I unfortunately had some issues with my pass. A very kind and friendly manager, whose name I believe was Sebastian, helped me resolve these issues and went above and beyond to make my car look spotless!! He was so professional and answered all of my questions. I will definitely be coming back! My car looked just as good as the day I drove it off of the lot.

My car was damaged at this car wash over a month ago due to a clear equipment failure. Their air door was not functioning properly, and the rollers pushed my car forward into the door, causing damage to the front of my vehicle. This damage was not present before entering the wash. While they have admitted the issue and said they are “handling it,” the process has been extremely slow and frustrating. Communication has been poor, with frequent ignored messages and long delays between responses. I have had to chase them repeatedly just to get updates. This situation was caused entirely by their malfunctioning equipment, yet it has taken over a month with no proper resolution. The lack of urgency, accountability, and customer care is unacceptable. Based on this experience, I would definitely not recommend going to this car wash. If something goes wrong, be prepared for delays, poor communication, and a stressful process. If i was able to give 0 start, I would.
