This place was a joke! Come in put money into one machine for the car wash the only thing I got out of it was water there was no soap the brush didn't work cuz ridiculous no contact number no way to reach nobody! Would definitely not recommend it for anyone will never come back here again waste my money or gas highly recommend people go elsewhere because obviously this is not maintaining properly

Pretty simple thing here. You'll pull up and the attendant tells you left or right to get you on track. They pre wash the car for a minute or two which I like before sending you on down the car wash line. Nice place and I like the lava effect

The power washer hose burst while cleaning my vehicle. After it burst I looked at the line and the line was clearly dry rotted, I don’t know if they just don’t inspect them or what but maybe they should be. I was at the only working bay of three. If you go just make sure all your supplied equipment is in decent condition.

Used the self service bay. The Water volume and pressure was great and the hot water temp was awesome. The brackets for the wand are busted and the bay itself was pretty dirty. Edit Dec '21 4 stars to 5 Bay was clean, lights and wand working well. Glad to have this self service bay in the area.

Entrance automatic car wash was very tight, pickup truck could not fit in the automatic car wash. Attendant wasn't very knowledgeable about the automatic car wash, the vacuum did not work and I had to go next door to get service. When using the car wash bay the conditioner nozzle did not work so I would definitely not go to this location again

This is my normal carwash because it's not far from the house. It's ok but it would be better if there wasn't always trash scattered around as if someone was digging through the trash (well, they probably were). Bays are lit up good and prices are also good however, the setting you set the wash to doesn't always have what soap/cleaner it should.

I went on a Sunday. First time going here, I spent almost 2 hours cleaning my car inside and out. the Attendant was super friendly and she said it's usually busy but I must of caught it on a slow day(it did rain later). I definitely will be back

As far as DYI car wash locations in the area I would say this one is among the better ones. That's not saying much considering their competitors are not only going up in price but going down on maintenance. Most locations are run down, poorly lit and sketchy too. Since COVID it seems this industry has taken a turn for the worse. This car wash is above all that thankfully and reasonably priced.

One of the better car wash in the city.. and affordable pricing the vacuums suction was great and they have good bays to pull car in a wash. Only two garages though so sometimes on friday and saturdays. You have to wait a little. If you r in a hurry pay the little more for drive n shine. But if u got some time and brush it and spray yourself go here

They have 3 options if you don't have a membership which range from $10-$20. I got the $15 and when I finished there was still quite a lot of dirt and bugs on my vehicle. I ended up getting out and using my later towels in the back to finish what they had missed. Mostly the bank and bottom sides were the worst areas. They also offer self service wash, which I should have done so I knew it was done correctly. Lady was very nice that I met with though.

I would give zero Stars if I could. The place is dangerous!!! There's drug addicts in the parking lot hanging out partying and asking for money. I'm 70 years old and I was trying to vacuum my car out and the machines kept taking my money. So I would try a different one and it kept happening. As I was doing this a man approach me asking for money smelling like liquor and marijuana. I told him no because the machines had stolen the last of my money and he got very aggressive and persistent. I had to jump in my car, lock the doors and leave as fast as I COULD!!! I'm never going back!!! I suggest everyone goes somewhere else because it's very dangerous!!!

you have to pay a dollar for every 30sec of car washing and the vacuums have zero power wouldn’t even pick up rocks plus the nozzle was being held together by electric tape. this place needs to do better!

Mixed feelings. I used to go here for oil changes, and the staff was kind and nice. I got real good oil changes! The coffee shop and water works are owned by the same people. They had a new person working the car wash. She misguided me and I shattered my hub cap on my recently new Honda Civic. She even apologized because it was her first day! The owner was a rude! He offered to pay for the one hubcap $10, however they only come in 4 on amazon. I had to order 4 more basically. Now I have 3 spares. While I did not go there often, I went there twice a year for 10 years. Oil and wash for two vehicles. $110 dollars per trip times two = $220 per year = $2220 for ten years. It's been 4 years since I went back. ($ 880-900 loss) inflation The owner is not business smart. I even told him I had been coming there for ten years. I even asked for a 40-dollar oil credit for the next visit for my Honda Civic! Nope! It's sad when the owner is not business smart and rude, however the staff is sweet and nice. The people doing the oil changes knew their stuff. I just could not believe he would argue with a 45+ aged man about a 40-dollar hubcap like it was my fault. That was the feeling I got from my experience! This would be no stars for the owner, and 5 stars for staff. Good thing he knows how to hire and shield himself!

Every time I've gone, the self wash has had the same problem – no soap from the sprayer. I've even taken a break and not gone for a year, figuring they would have fixed the problem by the time I tried them again. Nope. Same problem every time. (Soap from the brush but not from the sprayer when selecting "High-Pressure Soap.") One time I even showed an attendant, who told me the little bit of froth from the high-pressure water was soap. C'mon. I've used these self-washes enough over the years to know what soap looks like. He was nice enough to refund my money, but I can't keep going to a car wash with no soap. I'm done going here.

The bay by the dispenser hasn't had soap in the sprayer for over 2 years! There are always shady people around the car wash and I always get out as fast as I can!

Very disappointed with my first car wash experience here. I’ve been excited to give this car wash a shot because it has everything from car care to food/coffee. I did not go in to get food/coffee, if I did get my car washed. I got the $15 package and was highly dissapointed. After the wash, there was still an insane amount of dirt on my doors and on the front of my bumper. I do not think I’ll be going here again.
