Juan came out and ran a diagnostic on my car and determined it was something very minor, which he corrected immediately and at no cost. He could easily have ripped me off for hundreds of dollars if he had wanted, because I know nothing about cars. But he is too honest and ethical. All he charged was his VERY LOW diagnostic fee.
