Visiting from Minnesota to see our son. We were told by the auto dealership that the brakes were on ‘caution’ and needed to be replaced. In addition, we had a likely ac leak. I mentioned to the service representative at Benson’s that it would be great if they could address both problems before 1 pm the next day when we scheduled our son’s windshield replacement. We were heading back to Minnesota early the following day. He asked us to leave the car and they would do their best to complete the jobs. Later that afternoon, we received a call that the brakes were in excellent condition and did not need replacement. They also found the source of the ac leak and repaired it for us. They completed the service as promised. I appreciate their honesty. As we were told that the brakes (brake pads) needed to be replaced, they could have proceeded, pocketed the money, and we would be none the wiser. Instead, they were honest and saved us around $500 + dollars. It is too bad you didn’t have a repair shop in Minnnesota. Your reviews are well earned. Took my vehicle here only to have damages that cost $663.00 they scratched my left rear door that literally got brought over from a body shop (i brought my vehicle here after thepaint department and body men were done with the truck to get the alignment corrected) the whole left side of my truck was repainted. TJ says he will split cost with me or he wants it to go to his guy he knows to get a better deal otherwise he is not covering damages. He also wishes that I never brought my vehicle there. Just because I noticed the scratch upon pick up. I know it wasn't there before I admired that side getting repainted before I drove it to them for the alignment and rear end replacement. If you don't want damages to your vehicle that they won't take accountability for I suggest go somewhere else. Otherwise you're the problem. Not them.

Needed back brake job on my fj. The last two shops that did the work did I was really not happy with. They told me they are really tight, appointment wise, but would try to fit it in. Because they are so well respected, I was willing to wait. I will never go anywhere else.

As part of a wheel rotation, they claimed that a TPMS monitor "fell out" broken, though they had all been working just fine before the rotation. So, I ended up paying parts and labour to get it replaced. Additionally, they left one tire overinflated and lost a valve stem cover to another tire. So, all of this left me feeling like they were careless, broke things, and charged me to fix it. My wife has been servicing her car here for years, but I was really unhappy with this service. I don't think I will return and might recommend she take hers somewhere else.

These guys are amazing!! My car is slightly modded and so many shops didn't have the "tools" or experience... As soon as I pulled up to Bensons and I saw a bunch of old school cars,I knew this was a good choice. One of the guys told me that my car was going to be easy... Even though they were booked for 2 weeks, it was worth the wait... They actually asked me what my goals were with the alignment... Car is now within spec and drives wonderfully!! Definitely the best alignment in town and the price is the absolute best!!

My review is overdue. My catalytic converter on my 2009 Honda Element was stolen Jan 2021. My friend's mobile auto mechanic highly recommended Benson's to replace. They were professional, friendly, efficient, priced fairly and knowledgeable. About a week after it was replaced I brought the car and a Cat Clamp catalytic converter security apparatus I bought online to be installed. It was a first for the mechanic and he did a great job. I sat outside the bay watching the process since I am curious, and once finished he let me walk inside and explained exactly what he did in the installation and why. Took less than an hour to completion. And, praise the Lord, my converter is still there.

How about Benson's alignment shop? AGAIN! they done excellent job this morning. My Honda was blowing hot air out of vents.Got there 7am and was out by 8:05am. They charged me a reasonable price to repair my A/C. There service is 2nd to none. So call front desk and set appointment. All I know I won't be sweating this summer. Thank you for all your help! Awesome. Professional. Great Shop to go to. It is hard for me to be impressed these days, so this deserves a review. I went in this week, for the first time, after a recommendation from a friend. The staff here is kind, friendly, fast, and most of all knowledgeable. I saw them interact with 5 different people over the 2 days and they are courteous and energetic to talk with customers. They diagnosed and fixed 2 issues that would have become 3 issues (water pump leak and coolant leak on belts, wheel Brake and rotors that were causing a vibrational wear in the star bushing in Toyota's). They diagnosed all issues and fixed everything in a day (I thought it would take 3). I highly recommend this shop.
