I was extremely disappointed. I asked to have my brake fluid changed. And that never got done. I dropped my truck off at 9am for an 11am appointment time. After speaking with the shop midday, I was told that the brake fluid change would take about a 1/2 hour. I showed up to pick up the truck around 2:45pm and the work had not been done. I was then told they would have it done by closing at 4pm. At 3:50 pm I received a call asking me to pick my truck up that they did not have time to do the requested work. So, I could not be more disappointed in the service or lack there of....

I haven't even had my car looked at yet, but listening to Kelly interact with customers is enough for 5 stars. She apologizes too much for things out of her control, just as a courtesy is seems. She has wonderful customer service skills. You can tell she knows her stuff and tries to be as informative as she can be with everyone. My sister also personally recommended that I come here, based on the kindness she was shown.

Every once in a while, you will end up doing business with that one business, which makes you wonder why it took so long for you to discover them. I think in the way of Meinekes' situation, they were always tagged as muffler shop and not recognized as a full services mechanic shop. I visited the only other known Meineke in Baytown about a year ago. And that visit stuck with me until I stopped by last week there, to be told by the desk employee there that he couldn't help me due to a lack of inspectors working there. So, I visited this Nasa Pkwy location instead of Baytown Meineke. I set an appointment following Labor Day 2024. Out of about six services I needed, I decided on five for this visit. In 1 hour and eleven minutes from opening their doors for business, I was settling my invoice. The bill was very reasonable. So until my next appointment at this location. Happy trails!!

One of my family members recommended this auto shop as they are consistently happy with their work. I am just here in the area for a week. Previous to my trip I was told that I needed a belt replaced by my local auto shop while they were doing quite a bit of other work. I thought they were trying to upsell me but I paid attention and after my arrival in this area due to an emergency situation I took the time to take my vehicle into this repair center. I explained the problem as I understood it from the former diagnosis. These very honest and upright employees quickly told me that there was no need for the belt to be replaced at this time. They said while the belt did show some minor cracking it would last many more miles and it wasn't worth spending the money on at this point. They charged nothing for the inspection. How refreshing to find an honest business that only does repairs or recommends repairs when they are necessary. Kudos to this employer and their staff. I doubt I'll ever have the opportunity to reward them with business myself but I hope this review leads them to more customers.

To my shock and surprise I was told that after inspection my brakes still had a lot of pad left. They could have easily made money on a brake job but instead chose honesty and fairness.
