The man answering the phone is disrespectful he hung up in my face because I asked if he serviced my area I’m just trying to get my car fixed I have the money there is no need and it is uncalled for show customer service because you are surely lacking it and now is lying I never had any attitude at all I called back trying to call a different mobile mechanic as I have been doing half the day don’t try to cover your self you were disrespectful rude no customer service at you were in the wrong not me and not just because I’m a customer but because you were rude and you have no respect for people who call in for your service I have no reason to lie you do not to mention everybody knows a mechanic is going to ask questions especially a mobile mechanic you’re not the first one I have tried to use or that I have used. I know how the routine goes. You are just rude.

Mr. Stevens stole $132 from me. I called him on 1/8/2024 and requested for him to replace a starter on my vehicle. Stevens advised he would call me back with a quote to include parts and he eventually did. He told me he would pick up the starter at advance auto parts and come to my house to complete the job. Mr. Stevens did complete the job on the same day however, the starter that was installed was defective (not Mr. Steven's fault). I removed the starter the next day and replaced it with a different starter from Oreilly's (I did not want to use the same brand that Steven's used) and went to Advanced Auto Parts in Alvin to get store credit or at least replace the starter I had paid for. The employee issued a return to Mr. Steven's original form of payment (his card) as it is store policy that online order 's can only be returned to the original form of payment. I then called Mr. Steven's (he wouldn't answer calls) and texted him to let him know that the money for my part went back to his card and asked if he could send it back via Cashapp or if I could meet him to get my cash (I originally paid him cash). Steven's then said he would confirm if the money went back to his account when he got back into town and he would get back to me for the refund. I asked when he would be back in town and he said he was not sure. I sent him a photo of my receipt from Advanced Auto Parts and did not receive a response. Coincidentally, about 3 hours after Steven's told me he was out of town I see him driving down the road on El Dorado Blvd. I texted him to let him know I saw him and asked if I could meet him to pick up my cash. He finally responded and said I am stalking him and to stop asking questions on top of questions. Please do not give this man your business, there are plenty of other mechanics in the area who could use your money and won't lie to you. ****Update****I received no response from Steven's until I threatened legal action. He finally responded via text (would not answer calls) and admitted that he did receive a confirmation email that money for my part was returned to his account and he would refund me via paypal by the end of the day on January 10th. He did not make his payment on the 10th and would not answer any other text messages sent on January 11th, 12, and 13th. I called from a different phone number three days after he told me he received my money and he answered. I told him my name and that I was calling about my refund. He stated, "I'll get to it when I get to it", and hung up on me. ***Final update*** Three days after he hung up on me for asking for my money, a police report was made and an Officer called Stevens. Steven's hung up on the Officer when the Officer explained what the call was regarding and the Officer then called back and left him a voicemail to let him know a warrant would be filed for his arrest. That Officer relayed to me that Steven's was now claiming he did not receive my money even though he had already acknowledged that he received my money one week prior. I went on to send a 10 day demand letter via regular mail and certified mail. The letter sent via certified mail arrived January 24th and Steven's then paid me. Stevens had my money in his account for 2 full weeks before deciding to send the money back.

I called G&S with a electric/power issue in my car , The car would not start. Gabriel attended my call and since the beginning he was very upfront with possible issues and provided several options of what can happen, so I could be prepared. Within a few hours he was already checking my car. He did two trips,since he removed the drained battery to charge it and then be able to diagnose the problem with my batter fully charged. I will mention again that I was already prepared for this since he explained each option of what could happen and even provided prices for them. Really upfront and professional in my opinion. He even spotted heavy corrosion in the terminals and decided to maintenance them. It turned out a Terminals issue . I really appreciate that he did exactly what it was needed . Is really hard to get an honest mechanic this days and here you have one . I’m scheduling with him to perform another services to my car. Thanks for the outstanding service, you earned another customer !

I was driving home and had my girl call around to see who i could take my car to, to get my alternator belt checked out. He was the only one that answered, and my girl was able to put me in contact with him. Next day he came out, i didnt go to his shop, he came to me. It might not seem like a lot but that makes life a lot easier for that hour. He came out, did my alternator belt in about an hour and its been smooth and quiet ever since. Gabriel the hero! So many awesome things! Quick response and same day service, very honest and frequent updates, price was right for the mobile services rendered, shop pricing was even better.. I was VERY happy because out of 10 mobile mechanics I called, he was ONE that was available at 4pm that could work on my daughter’s older VOLVO, at her evening job, within an hour or so. (I found out not every mechanic works on foreign cars) The peace of mind a mom gets for her daughter(s) to be safe is PRICELESS.
