The service I received was, in my experience, extremely unsatisfactory. If I could give 0 stars, I would, but unfortunately that’s not possible. During my visit to this Midas, the manager, Josh, demonstrated a level of professionalism that I consider inappropriate for the position, which negatively impacted the quality of the service. I was initially informed that the service would take 2 hours, but it eventually extended to more than 3 hours, which I found to be an inefficient handling of time and communication. Additionally, after such a long wait, they returned my car with a dirty interior, evidencing a lack of care in handling vehicles. Moreover, in my opinion, the relationship between this Midas and Discount Tire does not translate into an effective solution for issues like bolt damage. If you value your time and the care of your vehicle, I suggest considering other options.

Phenomenal shop. Brought my 2021 Tacoma in for brakes, they got the job done faster than expected at an extremely reasonable price. This shop doesn’t cut corners and they used extremely high quality parts. Just moved to the area and they’ve already become my go to shop.
