Juan was strongly recommended to do work on my vehicle so I dropped my vehicle off to him 3 1/2 months later I would call every two weeks to find out a status always some excuse couldn’t fix it bad horrible customer service if you can’t do the job let me know Iam still paying ins and car note took it to another place fixed within 2 weeks I wouldn’t let them change a tire never once did he or they call me with a status I called all 7 times

Absolutely unprofessional this is the worse place to do any business I met one of the Mechanin in my neighborhood he agreed to look at my car “with his boss permission “after a year of excuses I said just put it in the shop officially I will pay you to fix it “my car “ he said yes working on it . My boss is sick he’s sick they sending my car out to someone else this went on for another year I was really looking forward to getting my car fixed I got my car back in worse condition than sending it in they didn’t even bother to charge the battery inside my car had leaves and a full on bee hive I honestly don’t know how they are sill in business after all this the owner Juan says sorry we couldn’t fix my car this is the most outrageous experience ever seriously don’t do business with this place find a real professional

If you value your time and you value your money don't come here. I waited over a week for them to get a part in and another week later I'm still waiting for them to install this part. I'm still waiting for them to correct a coolant repair that they did or they claimed they did because I'm still leaking coolant and having put coolant into my vehicle every other day. They never return your calls and they very rarely ever answer the phone. They schedule appointments for you and then when you arrive for the scheduled appointment they turn you away claiming they don't have time to work on the vehicle. I am very unimpressed with the shop and I am highly disappointed in the people who referred me to take my Volvo there. Don't waste your time coming to the shop find someone else.

Juan promised me he’d get to my car every week for just about 8 months... every week was a new excuse... he lied to me and said it was getting worked on... it never was. I had to go see my car and he then told me he wasn’t capable of doing it. InsteD of just being honest he lied to me for too long, now it’s going on 3 weeks and he can’t get it towed to my house.. unacceptable...these people will not return your calls, no updates... Nothing... Avoid this place if you intend to get your car fixed.

I was disappointed with my service this last time around. I had been coming to this place a few years back for my Benz, they did great work for a reasonable price My rover was heating up on me so I brought it here, took 3 weeks to get worked on completely and after $1800 and 1 week of running it, I had the same issues Had to trash the vehicle after spending an additional week at the shop and no solution. Juan is a good guy but I dont think his mechanic are looking out for him anymore I hope he can turn it back around

MY EMPLOYEE LET TRIPLE AAA TAKE HER CAR TO THIS SHOP. TRIPLE AAA DID DAMAGE TO HER CAR . IT SAT AT THIS SHOP FOR 2 MONTHS. WITH FALSE PROMISES EVERY DAY TOMORROW IT WILL BE DONE. IT LAST TWO MONTHS AND SHE FINALY GOT UPSET AND TOOK MERCEDES DEALERSHIP. WHERE FOUND THEY DID MORE DAMAGE TO IT HERE. EVERYTHING SHE HAS RECORDED FROM THE MECHANIC SAYING HE HAS FIXING HAD TO BE REPLACED. RUN FROM THIS PLACE WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.
