Was on my way home to alabama on monday morning, had spent a week in texas(Houston) visiting relatives and friends. Just as i got on I-10 at hwy 146, my 335i warned me it was hot , 10 sec later it said overheated shut off immediately. Now im on the side of i 10, its over a 100deg, 11 in the morning and im lost. Remembering the kaferhause in kemeh, i grew up in the area and i had passed it an hour before, i gave them a call and explained my predicament. Lady on the phone said dont worry, she found me a roll back, found me a nice place to stay close to food, said they would move me up and get me on my way. Fixed my car, called me several times during the day to keep me informed. When repairs were done came to hotel and picked me up. Outstanding!! To all at the kaferhause, thank you so much. My next visit to texas,will stop in to say hi, and guys lunch is on me. Thanks again. Top notch service

This is the place to take your Bimmer (or any foreign car) for any work or maintenance. Dropped off my 2008 M6 that was having shifting issues. Your first crazy thought is the clutch or transmission is going (and that's probably what the dealership would tell you). Instead they reset the transmission electronics and it works like new again. They called us 2 times to update us on what they were going to do and one to come pick it up on the same day we dropped it off. I would recommend this place.

Husband called this business to see about getting a part installed. Mechanic was very rude and told him that part wouldn't fit. We already had a BMW mechanic with an engineering degree tell us this would for and would fix our problem. My husband asked the mechanic how long he's been a mechanic and his response was "longer than you". This establishment has terrible customer service and will try to up-sale their services.

I have a 1999 z3 coupe. I almost was ready to sell it because of a clunking sound it was making. I took it to a different shop 3 times paying them to fix the problem and other things would be fixed but never could find what the problem was. It was to the point where it was barely driveable. I decided to give it one more shot and called Kauferhaus. They called me the same day and was 100% sure of the problem which was my driveshaft. I was sceptical but hopeful. I just picked up my car and wow! It’s so smooth and I can now enjoy driving it! Thank you so much!!! Definitely won’t be taking it anywhere else from now on.

From the very beginning, i knew Kaferhaus was the right choice. I asked my local facebook groups for recommendations on who to go to with my minicooper, which had been in disrepair for nearly a year. An overwhelming number of people came to the comments to rave about the service at Kaferhaus. I was apprehensive with my expectations because, let's be honest- mechanics are not always easy to trust. I think that's what puts these folks a step above the rest. From the moment i first spoke to Lynn on the phone, i knew this place was special. We were laughing and joking within minutes, and i had forgotten all about the headache i had been anticipating for months. I felt like family, because that's exactly how i was treated. Communication was open, clear, and definitive. At no point was i left guessing about what was going on with my mini. At no point did they leave me hanging, waiting who knows how long for parts to come in; something of a norm for other shops in our area. Every day i received a phonecall with updates. Every day, i was asked for consent to fix the issues that were discovered. Every day, i felt like i was heard, understood, and respected. I even laughed as i reviewed my itemized bill, expecting it to be a much higher amount, "that's it? Where's the rest? Did i get a discount?" Friendly faces all around, confirming that my bill was whole and accurate. What a deal!! I will recommend Kaferhaus to anyone and everyone who asks. Customer service, efficiency, and quality of work is the name of their game. Thank you so much to Lynn and the gang for saving the day. Hell, for saving the whole year. Kudos to you all! First off, I was a professional mechanic for 15 years. I no longer have a shop and can't do my own work. I brought my BMW to Kauferhaus as the car had multiple issues..Carey did a thorough assessment of the vehicle and provided me with a list of things he found. He was excellent in communication and explaining what was found and provided recommendations. He was spot on and he made the recommended repairs. My car runs and drives like new. Above great prices, Carey and his team are second to none in making your BMW run at it's best. This is the only place to get your BMW repaired!!!

1972 VW Transporter Finding a good air cooled mechanic is extremely hard and after experiencing several bad mechanics, I was thrilled to have found Kaferhaus. The shop is extremely clean, cleaner than I knew possible for a mechanic, and in a nice safe location. Communication was amazing. I was always fully aware of the process and never felt pressured. From start to finish they were entirely honest, knowledgeable, dependable, and affordable! I would highly recommend giving them a call and seeing the difference for yourself. Even my kids love going to visit the shop!!!! They treat you like family rather than a customer.

I have had multiple cars serviced here, but will never use them again. I made an appointment to drop a car off. When I arrived they were combative and told me I needed to make an appointment (odd). I explained I had called and made an appointment and was told to explain my issues to a tech when dropping it off. I explained the car was making an odd noise. He cut me short and said they would not diagnose the issue. I quote "our techs can't tell you what's wrong with your car by listening to it". Trying to salvage this situation, I said it has some engine codes (service engine light was on) that I would like them to look into. They responded belligerently that I needed to make an appointment (again). The entire exchange was very hostile and unnecessary. So I left and took it somewhere else that I have had service other car brands. They had me in and out in 15 minutes.
