Outstanding service! As a former automotive technician for over a decade, I was hesitant to let anyone else touch my car. After another local shop (dealer) scratched the wheels and did a sloppy job on just a simple wheel balance, I knew I had to look around for better service. West Town Monona Tire was recommended by another shop in the area. I explained to the service writer over the phone, who was understanding and professional, that I didn't want to be "that guy", you know the one that is super picky and complains about a finger print, but that I just wanted to ensure that the tires were put on with care and no corners were cut. This was especially important since the Michelin winter tires I chose to install were rather expensive. I waited while the vehicle was worked on, and in about an hour, it was pulled around front. They even shined up the tires and cleaned the wheels which was an impressive display of care & quality which I highly appreciated. I'm relieved to have found a place to perform service to a level of quality that I would have wanted. In addition, the wheel balancer is a newer advanced model, which means the balance should be pretty accurate and I took note of other modern service equipment which means they are keeping up with the times. I know well enough from my years in the field that all service is not created equal, so I'm happy to say that the service I received here not only met, but exceeded my specifications.
