I would really recommend Western Alinement Services to anyone. Very friendly staff and service. Joe Clegg is the owner, he is a friendly and upstanding guy. My Axel's broke on my Volvo and his shop fixed my car in less than a day. Prices for parts and labor are great, that's if you want the job done right. I was having a very rough day, was ripped off by two other shops that day. Paid for services and nothing was done with my car. These two shops took my money and ran with it. Reported both to the BAR Aressociation, then went to see Joe Clegg at Western Alinement Services. He fixed all my problems with my ride. Thanks again Joe

If it has wheels, old school or new, service vehicle, personal or pleasure, 2WD, AWD, 4WD, xWD, foreign, domestic, alternative, you get the picture..... this is THE spot. Plus, everything originally stated below x 2. Thank you. 5 years ago Recommended by the outfit we buy our vehicles from and they were spot on - these folks run a tidy professional business and make sure their ducks are properly lined up before starting the job ensuring the final results are a completely satisfied customer who appreciates honest direct feedback and service. They handled the extended warranty to save us time and energy plus provided the appropriate suggestions on how to (or not) handle off-road environments when rogue urges strike in what was perceived to be a vehicle capable of such departures from common sense. Admonishments aside, Joe has old school charm, charisma and speaks both in professional and layman's language making it easy for all to follow the dialog, sprinkled with anecdotal references to keep the conversation light and entertaining. This is the place everyone can feel comfortable knowing you'll get treated respectfully and with the expectation work will be executed expeditiously and within budget. The wife is happy. I appreciate the honest quotes and I love the quality work that they do. Will definitely be coming back to have The rack and pinion replaced on my 97 Toyota 4 runner. If you need anything done for your vehicles suspension, this is definitely the place to go. Do not wait or hesitate . Call them and make an appointment. I was one road trip away from a catastrophic automobile accident . The shocks and Springs had not been replaced for 278000 miles.. So they definitely need it immediately. All I could say is do yourself a favor and take your car or suv here for your suspension needs. It could actually save you from a tragedy.

We were on a road trip from Washington to Oregon to Nevada and California and back. When we got to California we noticed our steering was really off. We called many shops in the area and got into one in Lodi to do our repairs but they could not get the alignment correct. They referred us to Western Alinement Service, so we headed over there first thing in the morning. I called on the way and Joe answered. Funniest and nicest guy ever. I explained our situation and he said he would get us in right away. When we arrived, we didn't even have to introduce ourselves. Joe knew who we were and remembered specifics about our conversation. He kept the conversation friendly and professional with a twist of his unique humor. It was such a stress reliever for us. Joe and his team did a thorough inspection and found the shop that did our repairs mixed up the parts that were installed. Western Alinement gave us a great deal and good advice, and Joe even called the shop to let them know of our situation. If we ever have car issues in this area again, we will be going to Western Alinement!!!

My wife hit a pothole and resulted in a flat tire. Tire shop neglected to see the damage to control arms( broken). We noticed a lot of play in the steering and took it to western alignment. They noticed the damage right away and kept the car overnight, insisting my wife not drive it for safety reasons. Car was ready the next morning. I am grateful for this because the repair was made quickly and above all, they kept my wife and children from a potential car accident. We are highly appreciative and highly recommend this shop

My nephew and I rebuilt the front end of my truck. Inner and outer tie rods ball joints Pittman arm upper and lower control arms. Had it put on a flatbed dropped it off. For 75.00 Western alignment had me straightened out and driving straight in an hour. Highly recommend. Friendly extremely knowledgeable staff.

My favorite Alignment shop. Joe and Cindy are so friendly and welcoming. The guys in the shop are thorough and efficient. If it takes less time than the book quotes they go with the lower price, if it takes longer it don’t cost any more. I like to wait for my vehicle, it gives me a chance to hear some of Joe’s stories. He has had a very interesting life and has met a lot of interesting people and knows a lot about Stockton and foothill history. The man is a Green-Bay Packers and NewYork Yankees historian. Not many shops like this left visit this one before it’s gone.

Do not waste your time at this facility made an appointment three days ahead of time only to arrive at the appointment and be met with a rude employee and to be told the machine is down and they cannot complete my service. No phone call was made to inform me Waste of time, very inconsiderate of customers
