I had such a great experience at West Side Auto Body. I had been here before but it was years ago, and Rod still remembered me. He did an incredible job fixing my bumper and some other bodywork. He was in good communication with me the whole time and the work was done exactly on time. When I arrived to pick it up he came running out to meet me and we had a really good friendly conversation about all of the work. He even noticed that my front tire was extremely low and he was worried about it so he referred me to the tire shop across the street and they gave me a great deal. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back there for any further bodywork and I will refer them to all my friends. Oh yeah, and I don’t even live in Portland anymore I came all the way from Seattle to do the work there! -Kelly H

First time here. Recommended by my mechanic. Good experience. I needed some minor body work - I ran over a lane divider and dislodged the right front bumper corner. WestSide auto body, on the NE side, treated our car and family really nicely. Took the dent out of the fender and matched the paint really nice. It took about a week, but that is expected. They communicated well, and we knew exactly what to expect. We recommend them if you need body help.

Rod is so helpful! I took my car to him because I had a collision with an animal covered by insurance. He took care of everything on his end when things had to be adjusted with my insurance and called to give me updates. My car was completed promptly and he was able to get dealer parts as opposed to aftermarket parts. He even saved me some money! Highly recommend!

Unfortunately my car was involved in a hit and run which left me with a broken control arm and subframe. I called around frantically to find a shop that would be able to see me as soon as possible. I called Westside and Rod was able to take my car the same day. Although it took longer than expected (just waiting on parts to be shipped/delivered) I got my car back and it looks even better than when I dropped it off. Not only did they fix the mechanical problems, my car was vacuumed and the body is all nice and shiny! I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a collision center. God forbid anything ever happens again I will be back. Thank you Rod and the team!

Rod is the best! Got a nasty scrape on my car and he and his team fixed it up so it looks like new. Paint is perfect and he even fixed some little issues like the lower deflector which had been ripped since I bought it. Rod is super easy to work with and will go out of his way to save you money. Rod was awesome! I had a difficult time looking for an auto body shop since this is my first incident in Portland. All roads that I have contacted led to his shop and I’m glad! He did an amazing job repairing my paint and also detailed my car! He was very professional and gave me a quote right away during his busy schedule. What a great experience! Rod and his team did such an amazing job fixing up my vehicle. I was extremely nervous because I had never had work done on a vehicle before. However, Rod was very patient and extremely helpful throughout the the whole process. He helped me with work with the insurance and explained the whole process of what the repair entailed. He answered my numerous questions & kept me updated along the way. You can tell that Rod truly cares about his customers and the work that his shop does. I was very pleased with the repair job and Rod even helped with some other issues unrelated to the initial repair. 10/10.
