Ok for quick car wash. Got the most expensive which said included a dash wipe and air freshener neither of which we got. Worker walking around didn’t mention anything. Mat cleaner sprayed water on the mat so could not put them back in the car.

This is the best car washing place I have ever been to!! For starters the location has so much space, I am able maneuver my car around the lot comfortably. So I am not on top of another car when I am vacuuming out or cleaning my car, also place is clean. The staff is always cleaning out the trash bins and going the extra mile!!! It has personal air blower in every parking spot, to get the water out from my windows, mirrors, this place has a spot to wash my mats as well. I didn’t bring my rags to dry my car with one time and they had some ready to go in the shop and with air Freshener and more. There are plenty of different options for a wash for example from a regular wash, to a wax, to a tire shine. The prices are affordable, I come in weekly and after talking to the owner I now have a monthly membership because it makes sense for me. The owner and staff are amazing!!! Everyone is easy to talk to the owner has always answered my questions when it comes to cleaning and taking care of my car since this is my first car, I want to maintain and keep it clean and fresh weekly. I will never go to a different car wash place other than this one seriously the best place ever!! You can see my tires shine ✨

This was my second time here and I had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Dominick. Very nice gentleman, greeted every customer with respect, and even applied a bug cleaner and scrubbed the hood of my car. Needless to say that I will be a frequent customer.

I’ve been here a couple times before. Today I just mostly wanted to use the vacuum because I just had something spill all over. Thought I might do a quick wash to get the dirt off the outside as well, wasn’t decided yet. This place has a sign that you can see from North Ave “free vacuums”. So I’m vacuuming my car out and approached by someone who works there asking me if I was planning on washing my car as well. I told him that I wasn’t sure yet and he then proceeded to tell me that if I’m using the vacuums that I needed to pay for a car wash as well, they are only free when also getting a car wash. Which is NOT stated anywhere, but I said okay, placed nozzle back and drove to the car wash directly across the street and used their vacuums and then paid for a car wash just because. Totally unacceptable to have a sign out front that says you have free vacuums and then approach people informing them that they do in fact need to pay for a car wash to use them. If your vacuums are only free to people paying for the car wash then that needs to be stated below your “free vacuum” electrical sign. This is almost false advertising. Telling prospective customers that something is free to get them in the door is down right wrong and at the very least unethical. And completely stupid when you have a competitor less than 50 feet away with actual free vacuums. And now I know the car wash directly across the street has way better vacuums, something I wouldn’t of known if not for this interaction. They have a nice little nozzle that you can get all the small nooks and crannys as well as a larger one and they have a nice station to get your floor matts and they still an air compressor to blow away everything else. So thank you for helping me find a better car wash that makes me feel wanted. Even on the days I might not be paying for a car wash.

Staff this morning was very rude. Telling me now to "hit" the screen when selecting my choices. (I have a dash cam so i can prove how he was talking) Im sorry that me pressing firmly was "hitting" after that he continued to be rude. Had to get a little personal with him to knock it off. Yall can do better with staff. Not ok.

Before Christmas went for wash it was closed hasn't been open since. Found out new owners took over. And they don't honor old memberships, nor do they have first responders specials only veterans. That was a major let down, for not notifying members of changes or new ownership. Time to find a better car wash, this one had all my praises for great wash. 😏😏😏😏

Easily the best car wash I ever been to, staff is super nice, a man named Antonio is very polite and has a very positive attitude who works there. I’ve never seen my car this clean from a car wash ever before. Upset that there’s only one location, definitely need more around. Super easy and easy on your car, especially the belt they use instead of chains to move the cars, highly recommend this place for a gentle yet thorough and amazing wash!

I knew better than to go here, these giant car wash/vacuum places always have the worst washes (I went across the street to Everclean in the summer and had pretty much the same results). As soon as I pulled up to pick my wash, a worker swooped in to push their monthly membership and try to upgrade my wash. And then he just uncomfortably stood there and watched me pay. I chose the $15 option, which is the second most expensive wash. It included a wheel wash which I was hopeful would be better then Everclean (it was not). My wheels were gone dry and as dirty as before. I was in and out of the car wash in a minute, probably less. Based on that alone I knew my car wasn't going to be super clean, but truly I just wanted to get the salt off. It didn't even do that. If I didn't have to get home for a work meeting, I would've come back around and either asked for a refund or another wash. $15 is crazy for what my car looked like.

Definitely ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ Even though my car could’ve been cleaned a little better, I’m still giving this place a solid 5 stars — and here’s why. The time I saved going through the wash was totally worth it, and I’d rate the quality of the wash itself a solid 7 out of 10. But the real highlight here is the customer service. Jimmy, the guy who operates the wash and guides cars in, is incredibly friendly and brings such positive energy — a great person to interact with. Vanessa, the young lady who helps with payment and welcomes you at the entrance, is very pleasant and explains everything clearly and efficiently. Both of them made the experience feel warm and smooth. Suggestion for improvement: It would be great to have a restroom available for customers, as well as a small vending machine with car wash supplies (like towels, sprays, etc.) and maybe even a water bottle dispenser. That would take the convenience to the next level!

I got the monthly/annual membership. Both my cars are always spotless. I do notice A lot of high-end sports cars going through lately. The equipment is very high quality and gets your car cleaned🇺🇸 Very easy to get to, right across the street from Menards in West Chicago
