Will and the employees were very helpful getting me in right away. I travel throughout the U.S. and was involved in an accident ( not at fault). All the other Body shops could not help me.Towed in, 16 parts, totally repaired and I was on my way. Stellar service and repair!!! 100% recommend.

The car turned out really good. The customer service was terrible. We dropped off on Monday expecting a week or two. They said we have all parts and ready to go. On Thursday we get an automated message that it would be done on Friday. I called at 11 am on Friday to say up a pick up. They said... oh no that was a mistake. It would be ready Tuesday. That was OK at that point but they don't know if I'm renting a car, borrowing a car or taking off from work early to come get it. My wife is vietnamese and it's her car... on my home and auto policy. I dropped the car, gave the keys and signed and will be payingdeductible. Im Def involved. The following Tuesday i called to see where were at. I was told that by end of day when I called at 9 am. At 4 pm I called and was sent to voicemail 7 times. Apparently on the day my car was due they don't care if they call you to tell you if the car will be ready or not. I don't care, but please just tell me. After I called 3 times and getting voicemail 3 times with no response for house i left a message. What company doesn't call on the day they called and messaged and said would be done. They didn't call me back even though I'm the primary on the policy and left my number. They called my vietnamese wife and talked to her, a slap to my face. On Wednesday I called and talked to the guy and he said it would be ready at 4 pm. I came in and to be fair it looked really good. I had to walk 1/4 miles to pay the deductible. The waiting room sucks. The customer service is horrible. Anyone can fix my car, but the customer service is horrendous. They act as if they don't want you there. It didn't just turn me off the the body shop but the won't dealership. They have parts on the seats and it's stuffy inside their body shop. Next time I will not come here. Their communication is almost non existent. You will lose money on wages dnc car rentals because they cannot communicate what is happening in the process. I asked them what i did wrong. I brought the car, i responded to their texts and promises or times and dates. I paid my money, is it too much to ask for accurate timelines? The place needs updating of their waiting rooms and staff who handle customer service as if i don't have a choice. I'm furious.
