Doug did me a real favor. Car was overheating, and I needed it looked at before I went out of town on a trip. He saw it the very same day, took care of the problem, and I had it back before I knew it. He was kind and professional throughout (and his jokes are funny), and the cost of his services was extremely reasonable. Wildcat Automotive was awesome. My wife was in town for just a couple days and had an issue with her brakes. Wildcat was very accommodating and took care of it the same day. They also identified a couple other issues we knew were due for and offered to take care of them- no upsells. The pricing was very reasonable and the service was fantastic. He is trustworthy, reasonably priced and has really gone the extra mile. Needed repairs never come at a good time for anyone, but it had become something that really stressed me out because I could no longer do the work myself and have had some “not so great” experiences elsewhere.
