I'm SO GLAD Progressive sent me to Williams Collision Center. The quality of the repair was phenomenal. When my Mustang got hit, I felt like it would never be the same again, but now that they fixed it I feel the same as I did before when it was new. There's no sign it was ever hit! They went above and beyond to make me happy with the repair. But it was not just the repair, it was the whole experience that was phenomenal. From the first phone call through every interaction with everyone on the team (Amanda, Kendra, Luis, Will, to name the ones I remember) I felt as good as I possibly could after being in an accident. Thank you all for the great work - I'll be back here for all my future body work!

Five star experience. I had 2 oil leaks, and 2 front axles broken. I’m a single mom so driving is essential to take my child to and from school, cheer practice amongst so much more. I was very surprised and happy when I picked my car up because it was detailed and the tires looked brand new. Luis even gave me bottle of the product that they put on the tires, thank you! This body shop top of the line they took really good care of not only my car but me did exactly what they said they would in timing with how long it would take to fix. Then above and beyond. My husband drives this car back and forth to Tampa not the cleanest, but they cleaned it out before they returned it to me. My car look fantastic. I am only going to this body shop from now on. They set the standard bar high here.

My Daughter's brand new 2025 Malibu was in for repair after being hit in a parking lot. When she picked it up the repairs looked ok but she later noticed all of the glass was scratched (windshield, side windows, and rear window), to the point on the windshield that it makes driving at night difficult. After contacting them we have been told there is no way it could of happened in their shop. The car was less than 3 months old and had not even been through a car wash yet. I believe someone wiped the sanding dust off of the windows with a rag and caused the scratches. I was told that that would not cause the scratches and was also told that they were working on the back of the car and the windshield wouldn't have had enough dust on it to cause the scratches even if they did wipe it off. I'm not saying this a common problem with this business but there is no other explanation for the scratches and they should take some responsibility for it. My daughter will now probably have to make her own claim with her insurance to have all of the glass and tinting replaced on her brand new car.

If I could give them more than 5 star rating I would in a heartbeat. I got in car wreck on 11/11 (not my fault) and other drivers insurance paid for the repairs. I am extremely grateful and happy with the results, for the past couple of weeks I was stressing due to being uncertain if my car was going to be totaled. It is the last gift from my father. So I am very thankful and beyond the moon with their services and also how nice and sincere the people are! Would totally recommend them!! Again I cannot thank you all enough!

I was rear ended by a distracted driver. My car is my treasure since it was the last thing my late husband got for me before he passed away. Williams Collision Center did an amazing job and you can't even tell there was any damage! they kept me up to date and I even received it back nice and clean, inside and out! I was recommended this place by my progressive insurance! This place was super fantastic and was extremely flexible with all my needs. I unfortunately couldn’t pay my deductible all at once & they allowed me to split the payment into 2 payments. Car still had to stay at the shop as the bill wasn’t paid in full yet! Times are tough and I’m so glad they worked with me. My car got hit by a pig and they did fabulous work! 10/10. The front desk girl is so friendly too. Great place to take your car if it needs fixed!

Dear Williams Collision Leadership, I’m writing to share feedback from my recent experience at your shop. While the customer service team was consistently friendly and professional, I encountered several issues that I believe reflect gaps in quality control and management follow-through. After picking up my vehicle, I had to return because there were still rough paint areas that needed to be sanded and polished. Although I was assured by the shop supervisor that I would be kept informed, nearly two weeks passed with no updates, and I had to call twice myself to verify that parts were in stock and my vehicle could be completed. During one of my visits, I waited several hours on-site. When I asked for a cup of coffee, I was initially told none was available, but another employee—who was very kind—immediately offered to make a fresh cup. Small moments like this show the potential your team has when supported by strong internal processes. While waiting, I also observed a few quality oversights affecting other customers: polishing compound left on a vehicle, a seat belt that had not been reattached, and a car key handed to the wrong customer. These incidents reinforced my concern that the shop’s management systems may need more structure and consistency. I do want to acknowledge that the workshop technicians themselves were exceptionally attentive and went above and beyond in their efforts. My feedback is not about their dedication, but about the organizational practices that should support them. I hope this perspective is helpful. I’m confident that with stronger oversight and communication, the quality of work at Williams Collision can better match the professionalism of your frontline team.

Williamson Collision Center made my unfortunate event very manageable by providing clear communication and expectations, timely response, and timely delivery. I appreciate everyone who assisted with getting my vehicle repaired. My car looks great. When I saw it I was extremely happy and satisfied with their impeccable work. The shop has great customer service. I needed my hood painted in order to get the PPF wrap done. Once painted and brought home I noticed some streaks on it when in the sun. I wanted to be sure this was fixed quickly as I had already had my appt and down payment on the wrap being completed. Williams was able to get the car in the next day to fix the paint issue as well as allow me to use his personal truck for the day in order for me to not have to purchase an additional rental. They fixed it quickly and explained with black paint that can happen. Thank you for the great service Williams and staff. 😊
