Sadly gone downhill since 2017 which was the last time I was here. All the barrels were overflowing at the vacuum's and very dirty overall. One vacuum had a quarter wedged into it so one was not working. Car wash, you get what you get. Nothing spectacular. Again, rather dirty for "Williamsburg" and I used to live in the Condos behind this wash. I almost wanna drop it to 2 stars but I'll leave it at 3.

Paid $9 for a wash on Sunday January 10. One bay was already broken. Waited 20 minutes, pulled in finally, and system malfunctioned. A few drips and was forced to leave by honking horns behind me. Called twice. Once left a message with no callback. Second time mailbox was full. Zero stars. AVOID!!!

WARNING!!! 1st Bay (left side) does not work when using the Deluxe Wash. I paid for this yesterday 1/20 and halfway through the wash, the machine broke down. It kept spraying a blue liquid at the back of my car until it shut down, leaving my car with a filmy, frozen residue that made it very hard to see. This is a driving hazard! I left a VM with a number that was posted on the bldg but so far no call back. I will update this if/when I get a call back, otherwise please be warned. I had to drive w/ limited visibility to another car wash a few miles away and spent another $10 for a second wash.

Car wash does not work and you will waste your money. Stay away! There are no phone numbers to call to get a refund and I wish I never went. Ended up spending $26 dollars on two car washes for nothing! $16 for a wash that didn't work and another $10 in another bay just to get the soap off. Beware and just go down the street to better car washes! This one is a waste of money.

Could not read anything on the selection board. Pulled into the bay and it sprayed my car with waterawater sprayed soap on it and then it stopped working. Got out of my car and the selection machine said it was out was service. Pulled into the next bay to get the soap rinsed off because it was 90 degrees out and I didn't want the soap drying on my car. Paid $7 more just to rinse off and it still did a horrible job. Tried calling the phone number listed online and no one picked up, not even a voicemail.

If I could give a minus 1 star I would. My car was very dirty so last night around 7pm went to Williamsburg Car wash. Paid $10 for Delux wash, drove in and nothing happened! Not even one drop of water fell on my car. Waited and waited honked my horn trying to get somebody from the place and there was nobody. I have been calling to the phone number listed online but there's no answer AND the voicemail box is full so can't leave any message! I feel I got scammed. I will continue calling cause I would like to get my money back.

If I could give no stars i would! Pulled into the place and paid for the deluxe wash. Go inside and it started but stopped with all the soap left on. I had To pull out and pull into the other bay and pay AGAIN! $20 for a car wash?!?! The place has no contact information to contact anyone for a refund. I called The phone number listed with google. No answer and the voicemail is full. How is this good business? I wondered When i pulled Up why there way no line on a mild winter day. Now i know Why. Next time I’ll drive to Chelmsford center and wait in line! Disgraceful business and a rip off!

The machines to process your transaction almost never work. The soap and foam is often out, yet they still charge you. The vacuums are mostly broken. Place works one out of ten times, don’t come here.

I went to this car wash and the timing is off when it asks you to move forward and when the car actually gets washed. The wash n't rinse and I came out with a soapy car. I went in for ad second wash and had to pay again in which the watch did the undercarriage without my car available in the area and missed it entirely. When I try to call the number listed in customer service no one answers and states the mailbox is full so I can't leave a message. I called my credit card company to dispute the charges. I won't be going here again.

Car wash, more like car rinse. First thing I noticed was that there are no Brushes. So the car is only washed with power of soap and water but, no scrub. Car came out the same as it went in. The only positive thing was the vacuums. The vacuums have a string suction and last a good amount of time for only $1.50. Would not reccommend if you want to wash your car but, I will only reccommend the vacuums.

Price is great for a touchless wash... And it ends there. Most of the cycles are low pressure, just adding the low pressure soap soak . The high pressure rinse, where the grime comes off, only worked on one side so driver's side didn't get it. After the wash the salt is off which is great, but there are so many spots the car doesn't look much better. Great price, poor outcome.

Not as bad as some of the reviews had me expecting, but I think its fair for the price of the wash. No brushes, so only cleaning was done by high pressure water. Won't be the perfect wash, but good if you are in a pinch/want the salt off your car

The wash did remove the pollen, our car was covered in spots afterwards. Probably won’t be back. 2026 UPDATE: dropping down to one star. Spent $16 for a wash that did nothing but spray water. Won’t be back.

This is one of the worst car washes ever. Last Winter I went to it 3xs and once with my son so he could go through the car wash...I put my debit card in pd the $12 each for the "WORKS", well when we were done, our cars were dirty and spotted. I called the # they gave and let them know what happened and if I could get my money back or even tokens, no call back, BUT, they did listen to my voicemail because when I drove by there they had already put cones so no one could go through. I did take pics of this...I called them again left another voicemail letting them know that I knew they heard my message but to go down there and just put u cones and not call me back was extremely unprofessional. I forgot to mention that shortly after that happened to my son's car and mine, I did try going through it and it took my money but the blue padded machines that spit out the water wasn't working, they were upright, not moving and you couldnt go through. I took pics of that as well, then went to the next pay one, and that one wasn't working. I did call, left another voicemail telling them that what they were doing was illegal, it's called stealing from people, so I told them if I didn't hear from them that I would be reporting it to the Chelmsford police department. Still no one replied...In total they owe me $48 This is stealing....I wouldn't go through that car wash if I were you, not worth it at all...It's usually not closed, but today they are, HOWEVER, they have signs stating they are OPEN. They just want your money...Hopefully I hear from someone cause if not, off to the police station I'll go and I'll call the town to see who I can talk to to get this issue resolved and/or have the place shut down....Not cool to steal peoples money......

This touchless car wash was good when it first opened 10+ years ago but it's a POS now. Often broken or malfunctioning, and when it does work the "spotless" rinse is anything but. And its a bit pricy. The credit card terminal is completely unreadable.

Warning: Yelp has this place marked as closed. I paid $14 for the car wash and it didn't work. I went to the vacuums, 2 which didn't work, one had a hornets nest, the other one, as soon as I put quarters in, turned off. No contact email on their website. The phone number is no longer in service. It's a scam
