Several vacuums don’t work, some of which still take your money with no result. The vacuum I got to work had low suction. The car wash has a poster of wash modes that doesn’t match the machine so you don’t know if you’re getting the right mode. Pre soak just sputters our small amounts of soap so it takes tons of time just to get your car soapy. Not pleased, will not return.

I have gone here multiply times and quickly learned that if i want to actually wash my car id be better off paying for the cheap wash at really any normal car wash place. I do have to say though i use this place for the vacuums and that seems to work out well for me personaly

Would be nice if the card readers worked. At the time of this review they were inoperative. As well the cash receivers had been removed. BRING COINS, copious amounts of coins.

First time here, as i just moved into new house close by. Got there 7:45am on a Saturday and no people washing their cars. That should have been my first warning. I used the first stall closest to Winchester Rd. Water hose was running without machine even on. Couldn't get foam brush to work while it was on for 2 minutes on that setting. Hard to get off dirt without scratches if there is no soap coming out. Had to improvise and squirt a pile of wax onto ground I could dip brush into. Then no Tru Color finish. Air dryer didn't work either. And I forgot to mention the floor drain smelled like it was full of dead fish. $11.75 to half wash my own car. Left a note under door for management. I'll update review if I hear back. Going back to my old self serve car wash in south Temecula. Redhawk, behind Staterbrothers. $6 and it works

First off you should note Just before writing this review I was shocked they didn’t have 5 stars. Turns out all the low stars were from years ago. I went to the wash because it has been there for years as a self service, which is one of the only ones still around. I happened to ask about which vacuum to use because I was going to tidy “Christine” up before having someone come give me a quote for a detail. As a minivan I just used her to move some heavy rock that made a mess not to mention I have 5 little dogs and she unfortunately parks next to a sprinkler then gets baked in the sun. I knew it would be a big job and didn’t want a retailer to get discouraged. Well luckily I talked to John who was so nice we got to talking and he told me they started offering washing🧼 detailing 🧽 services in February. He didn’t seem phased at all by Christine’s state and said they could do it that day. It was a little universe gift 🎁 my husband picked me up then later brought me back to a brand “New Christine”. She hasn’t looked this good in years. I am so happy to have found this service I’m almost afraid to share it, but they deserve it.

Everything I used worked. It's overpriced and they are stingy with the chemicals. Soap mix was super light. Presoak and tri-foam was barely working. Water pressure was good. Probably won't come back except to rinse off the mud so it's not in my driveway. Again too expensive and stingy with the chemicals.

Only came here twice and was beyond satisfied both times. Great chemicals and great price!! Brush is soft and doesn’t scratch. Also the triple foam does wonders, along with the wax and coating!!

I’m here about once a week washing my car since I have a wrap and so far haven’t had any issues with the wash bays. As far using your credit card at the wash you do have to pay for the full time even if you don’t use it I forgot the exact amount but it’s like $5 for 4 mins or something like that so even if you finish before your times up you get charged the full amount which is fair. I do get my car detailed here most of the times I’m here and Jodahn is the best. He will always try to get me in and start on my car while the detailer is finishing up or he’ll even do it himself if he’s alone at the car wash.

Was a good car wash. Now, every time I go here something doesn’t work. The “spot free rinse” either doesn’t spray or when it does, my car is covered in spots. I have left notes in the mailbox but apparently they don’t care. I own 3 cars and I brought them here every week. Not anymore. This place is a joke. I’m sure the owner doesn’t care.

Do not use this place. The sign says $4 charge for 6 mins. Used 2 times but was charged $14 each time. I did not find out till I got home. So $28 for just 12 minutes. Called the number no one picks up. Do not use this place.

Super clean, never gets too crowded. I think they raised the prices from last time though. It ended up costing about the same if someone else took care of it for me but no matter, still got the satisfaction of a good job because I was able to do it myself. I know people worry about scratch free washes so this would be the place to go. You can just use the power spray for the whole car. You don't need cash either, they also take card.

I am a subscriber to this company and this site has equipment problems and it does not work properly even though I informed the workers more than 7 times that there is a stage that is not working and they respond that you can change the station. This is their answer and it appears that there is no monitoring or follow-up by the company.

Horrible. This is used to be a great spot. Nowadays it smells like urine in the stalls. Spot free rinse leaves more spots. I think fanning my hands produces more cfms than the air dryer hose. Terribly disappointed.
