Had my back van window broken by kids & cracked front windshield replaced in an emergency. They came next day to my house. Not only installed quickly, gave me a decent price, plus even cleaned up much of the broken glass in the back. This is second time I've used them (first time a few years back). ***BUYER BEWARE*** The business initially responded quickly to my request. The technician was able to replace my glass promptly, but unfortunately, did not complete the job. He assured me he would return later to finish the installation and request the full payment at that time. Based on the many positive reviews, I trusted the vendor and made the full payment in good faith. However, when I followed up multiple times to have the work completed, my calls were unanswered and ignored. This behavior is highly unprofessional, especially considering I paid for a full installation that was never completed. I do not recommend this business. I suggest choosing a company that stands by their word and treats customers honestly.

I had a crack in my windshield and contacted Hugo for the repair. I sent him the picture and he provided the estimate. There was one other location that I had called but after looking at the pic they said it needs a replacement. I decided to go with Hugo since he said the crack can be repaired 100%. He arrived exactly at the time he promised, which I really appreciated. Throughout the process, Hugo explained clearly what he was doing and made sure I understood how the repair would help. He did an excellent job—the crack looks great after the repair. What impressed me most was his professionalism and honesty. He provided a warranty on the work and assured me that if the crack spreads, the repair cost will be deducted from a full windshield replacement. That level of transparency and customer care gave me a lot of confidence. Highly recommend Hugo for anyone needing windshield repair. Reliable, skilled, and trustworthy!
