Extremely good service, diagnosed a loose under carriage that made horrible sound like a broken wheel bearing. Also they replaced a broken hood latch release cable and hood arm. They have quick and friendly service. And honest prices.

Was referred to Steve about 3 years ago by a friend who has taken her cars to him for many years. Since then, he has fixed and worked on all 3 of my cars (Honda Accord, Jeep Grand Cherokee , Ford SportTrac), as well as my family members vehicles. The first car I took to him was my Jeep Grand Cherokee. It has this problem of dying out intermittently. I had taken it to multiple mechanics/shops, and they all seemed to have a different diagnosis. So many things were "fixed" or replaced, without solving the problem. I would have junked it long ago but couldn't part with it for sentimental reasons. Then after my friend told me about Steve I gave him a call and explained to him the symptoms. Right away he had an idea of what the problem was. Not even 48 hours later Jeep was fixed ans i was driving it home. Plus it didn't break the bank! Gotta admit, I was a little skeptical because I had been through this before with so many other mechanics. It's now been 3 years and my car has NEVER DIED OUT SINCE! Like other reviewers have stated... Steve is very EXPERIENCED and KNOWLEDGEABLE, super HONEST, more than FAIR with his prices (I don't even price around anymore) and so PLEASANT to work with. Thanks Steve, please don't ever retire!

Bottom Line Up Front: Steve went way out of his way to help without asking for a cent. Steve (who I presume owns the shop) let me bend his ear for 15 minutes about the car trouble I was having. He then asked me to give him my cell number and a couple of hours... during that time he researched the potential problems and realized that the dealership was the best path because of a recall on my vehicle he found for me. He referred away a potential customer because it was best for the customer. He was not dismissive when I described to him the noises my car made. He talked through the types of noises and helped me to better articulate the situation. He was genuinely nice about the bad day I was having... which if you are frantically looking for a repair shop it is a bad day and you can really use nice people. Fingers crossed that I will not need Steve's help in the future, but there is no question that I would return based upon his customer service alone. Thank you Steve for time and guidance. You saved me upwards of $6,000.

For starters, Uncle Steve always answers the phone. In Hawaii, that alone is almost worth 5 stars. Beyond this, he does very high-quality work at better prices than I've found elsewhere. He's thorough and attentive, and he has fixed issues for me before that were small and with no additional charge. I've had Uncle Steve work on my vehicles a handful of times now and he has secured my business for life.
