Came to willys under a friend's recommendation and because the reviews were pretty great. They had my truck for 2 days and ran a lot of tests as I had went there worried my Trans needed a rebuild. Everyone was really nice, especially the manager they called me multiple times to update me. They were very fast and very honest. They said my truck didn't need a rebuild but told me of a few concerns and if something should happen in the future to return. I happily will, they saved me time, peace of mind and especially money. Thank you guys!

Super professional and courteous! Took my vehicle to Willy’s after the transmission quit on me coming over H-3. They were great! They gave me a quote and an estimated time to complete the work and then kept me informed along the way. They were also very quick and had my car back on the road fast. I would definitely recommend them.

The gentleman on the phone tried selling me a clutch without the forks. He lied and said he can’t get it as a kit. I can order the kit together the same one as the ford dealer from Amazon. The employee has no integrity and making sure everyone on the island sees this. Waiting for them to make it right. He also suggested seperate forks from a different manufacturer which is not good automotive or professional practice. Will update

Took my car to check out my transmission, it needed to be rebuilt. They quoted me a fair price and gave me a discount. I paid for the parts to be ordered it, and within 5 days parts came in. Scheduled for the car to be worked on for 5 to 6 days. Took it in on Tuesday and by Friday afternoon it was completed. Im very satisfied with their workmanship and timing to complete the job. I would highly recommend this transmission shop!

A year after rebuild and my transmission is still like new! Willy's thoroughly checks for any leaks and annually services the transmission during the 3 year warranty period to make sure it's still in top shape. I recommend Willy's to everyone I know if they need any transmission service. Update: just had my 2 year service. Transmission is still working perfectly. Willy's staff is professional and friendly. And they completed my service quickly. Update: just had my 3 year service. Transmission is still great! Willy's always finishes my vehicle faster than promised. Their staff is friendly and helpful.

Willy's came highly recommended from a friend of mine. The key word was "trust." If you're not a car person like me, there is always a fear of being taken advantage of. That being said, my cousin looked at my car before I took it in, and diagnosed it, but realized it was more complicated than he was comfortable with repairing, When I took it to Walden, his diagnosis was exactly what my cousin had found and his rate was actually on the lower end of what my cousin estimated it at. In this world, having an honest business to work with is worth it's weight in gold. They did the job quickly as well. I would not hesitate to recommend them again,

Great Service! They kept me in the loop as I knew my car would take a bit longer for parts, also since it is a manual transmission. They needed to get a specialist from the dealership as well to take a look which thankfully they didn't tell me that I needed to take it to the dealer. They quoted me a price and after all was said and done it was the quoted price plus tax. I know my car specifically was a pain and not fun to fix but they did an amazing job. My clutch is way easy, the pickup I didn't realize was supposed to be this good. All together my car is running like it should be now much quieter, a smoother ride, and super responsive! Thank you for the hard work with this one! Highly recommend for service, will continue to bring my vehicles here for the big jobs!

The guys were really helpful. My 2014 Ram had a fuel sensor module go out. Windward Dodge wanted to charge me over $200 just to diagnose. Not only did Willy's not charge me to diagnose the issue, they got the part the same day where Windward Dodge was going to charge me up front for the part plus charge me the expedited shipping which would've taken a few more days. The customer service was great at Windward Dodge but all in all, Willy's was way cheaper, faster and even gave a military discount which was unexpected and very much appreciated. I even forgot my wallet in the truck when I dropped it off and they immediately called me to let me know. I'll refer anybody I talk to to come here no matter how far the drive. Old school honest shop.

All these guys were great .... my SUV had transmission issues which i blame on the manufacturer but i was out of the warranty timeline... only 70k miles . I got referred to Willys and they redid my trans and pretty much got it back to new.... it did cost a pretty "penny" but i knew that going in.... SUV running smooth again and these guys here are super awesome..... i would suggest to use these guys for transmission issues they're the best

First class service. I thought my 2005 Ford 150 had a transmission problem. Willy test drove the truck and hooked it up to the computer. Fault said it was a different issue. They are super fair and honest. Great company that I highly recommend.

Reasonable prices, fast efficient service. I have a 3rd gen 4Runner that I had the transmission fully rebuilt along with replacement of the shifter bushing. Christian and his team did an amazing job. Recently when visiting the shop to check the trans I ran into Byrd who used to work at another shop in town but glad to see he joined the Team at Willys as well. Solid all the way.
