Worst service ever especially the front guys wearing red shirt he should treat us nicely fairly but he act like stupid.. I'm planning to return the car because of the bad service I bought the car last year and they should nice because I pay a lot of this car..

Oxygen sensors was replaced under warranty, great. But the tire balancing I paid $69+ for was still off. Went to another shop and the problem was fixed.

I was told 1.5-2 hours for a vehicle diagnosis, it has now been there for 2 days, theyre now closed so it will be at least 3, and every time I call they say they will give me more information "soon". Update: I received my car back after 3 days. I didn't get the work done as they quoted $1700 and tried to charge $400 for DIAGNOSTIC ONLY after confirming it would only be $180. Upon going in to replace a part by myself, the window motor is nowhere to be found (the window wasn't working so I did not know until I went into the door). The window had a working motor, but not regulator, prior to taking it in for diagnostic. Very unhappy.

The worst service I have ever experienced. My 2015 Hyundai Santa Fe had engine issues, I had to have the vehicle towed to the dealership. While the warranty company is still reviewing the case, I have never once received an update from the service department without first reaching out myself. When I call the service department I often wait on hold for 50 minutes, yes 50, or more without ever talking to an actual person. Terrible service, would not recommend.

I prepaid for my broken side mirror to be ordered from Hyundai, ensuring an original part will be installed. I was scheduled for install on Tuesday, so I came for it. Dropped off my car and after two and a half hours, was told that the part delivered is of a different color. They said that I need to pay an additional $195 for someone else they know to repaint it, and that they can't assure me that the color will be the shade same. Also, that the painting will be done on Friday, three days away. I asked the service advisor, as to why they scheduled me to get it installed when the color is incorrect and they have not taken action to repaint it themselves, and why I had to pay for their error in the color. I paid upfront, without hesitation and now they got me hostage because they said I should instead fetch my car with the wrong color side mirror on and they will have me get in touch with the paint company to have it painted myself. I asked for the manager and they said that he's in a meeting. This service company has a lot to answer for, including lost time at work on top of this bad service.

My wife takes our car in for a safety check, oil change and tire rotation. They take it upon themselves to refill all the different fluids without consent. So things like windshield wiper fluid (I keep a bottle in the car) is something they can charge $9 for. Then my wife gets the car back and she is told the car failed the safety because "the blinker doesn't work" and it will be $1000 to fix it. Of course we say no. I check the car and all blinkers are working. Try to call the service department and get answers, to no avail. Look at the receipt and there is no evidence of a safety even being performed. SMH. I'm glad the guys off Nimitz are open now. Never had any problem with them. We can't trust the windward location guys to do a good job anymore. Update: Just got my safety taken care of at Goodyear and of course, no issues. Found out that our car needs a oil change even though we did it at the windward service center a week ago. Highly do not recommend π

- Rarely get through on the phone to schedule an appointment; often have to leave a voice mail, which they don't always get back to me about - There was a recall on my car. When did I learn about it? When I pulled up for my 6k interval check. - When did I find out that my paid-in-advance oil changes had all been used? When I showed up for the next one not when I used the last one. - They won't take credit cards or personal checks. When did I learn that the service center would not take my check? When it was time to pay for the work performed. BTW, I asked my question the day or two before about taking my check but never received an answer. - The attendants don't seem to care about the customer. What happened to the nice older man with white hair? He clearly was in control, knew what he was doing and told people, and treated people with respect; haven't met a customer service person like this in 40 years. ---------- update (19 Aug 24)----------- Whatever they did to my software zeroized our radio presets. Not good.

Brighton Lono, Dylan & Michael Gifford made our Christmas this year THE ABSOLUTE BEST. My parents flew in from Maui with a goal to go home with a new car for Christmas and start off the new year right! Before coming here we recently left another Car Dealership and werenβt really helped by anyone when we arrived but When we pulled into the Windward Hyundai Services lot, Brighton immediately came up to us to offer help. It made my parents feel a lot more excited for their goal to get a new whip! They were set on a price range and type of car. Thanks to Brighton who took time to take my parents around for the perfect car and also for a ride to get a feel of the car. Dylan & Michael helped make their dream car affordable and they were able to drive off into the sunset with their NEW CAR! Mahalo! My engine seized in our 2013 Santa Fe on our way home and we needed to get it towed to this dealer. It took 3 months! But, new engine, new warranty, no complaints. Samantha was very helpful and we're just happy to have our car back. 0/10 because it took 3 months 20/10 because we have a new engine that I didn't have to pay for. Average:10/10, would recommend.

If it would let me go negative stars i would. I took my car in for a safety on 2/20/24 and also an oil change, tire rotation and a anti theft recall. I was charged $186 and was told that my right blinker wasn't working and it would be $991 to replace everything to fix it. I said no thank you and took my car home. Today 3/2/24 I went to Goodyear to get my safety done and they let me know that there is NOTHING wrong with my blinker, that my oil was dirty, and that my alignment might need to be looked at but I passed the safety. So that means they were trying to charge me almost $1,000 for a blinker and didn't even do the oil change, I doubt they did the tire rotation or fixed the recall. Probably just slapped the sticker on. Not happy. Edit: 3/4/2024 You said the same thing to my husband and we did reach out but still have yet to receive a reply so I will be calling today. The video is my car 5 mins after leaving the Windward service place. Edit: 3/14/2024 At this point its ridiculous I have sent 3 emails and STILL NO REPLY. I going to make a complaint to the BBB it's ridiculous that you can't trust this place. The carsalesman side of it was awesome bit other than that don't buy a car from here.
