The inside of my car was filthy when I took it in to have them replace my bumper. I was going to clean it when it was finished. When I picked it up they not only washed the outside, but they vacuumed the inside also. It was full of sand cause I just took the grandkids to the beach. Thank you so much to the Honda Auto body shop.

I usually do not write reviews. My 2013 Mustang was involved in a car accident. I took my car to be repaired at Honda Windward Auto Body. I have a brand new car so I wanted my car fixed at a dealership, assuming they have the highest quality of work. WRONG! I picked up my car and was astonished. The paint had bubbles in it, it still had scuff marks from where the repairs were made, it still had wax residue in between the hood and bumper. I immediately returned the car to them and their response was that they could buff out the bubbles and the paint will never match. I took my car to another body shop to re-paint my front bumper. After they took off the bumper it was discovered that mounting bracket on the passenger side was cracked and the lower deflector shied was also cracked! So Honda Windward Auto Body never fully fixed my car! This whole ordeal has been a nightmare, mostly due to Honda Windward!

Honda Windward Autobody did a great job fixing my car and kept me updated regularly on how long it would take them or any delays because of additional body parts that had to be shipped from the manufacturer. Kinda bummed. Went to them 7 mos ago when I got in to an accident. There was a minor hiccup with my rental pick up but I thought their overall service was decent enough to visit again should anything else happen. So when 2 weeks ago someone else rear ended me, the first people I thought of giving my business to was Honda Body Shop. I called them at 7am on Tuesday morning and left a message to set up an appointment. With the reassurance and guarantee via their Voice Messaging System - "We will return you call in the order your message is received." Its been a week and I haven't heard back from anyone. I get that they may be busy and possibly a little backed up. BUT a week without a simple return call to let me know they're unable to service me at this time would of made me a little more understanding. I'm taking my money over to Kapa'a Auto Body! My message was returned less then 20mins after leaving it and I was scheduled to be seen immediately.

Great experience all around! Special shout out to Kehau who did an outstanding job from beginning to end. My bumper repair/replacement came out perfect and thanks to the technicians who did a great job. I really thought this would be a headache, but there was no stress involved. I basically dropped off my car, the rental was dropped off to us then got called to pick up the car, left the rental and drove away happy. Ez-Pz!

This review is for customer service. I was assigned to Brenda to assess the damage of my car and she got the estimates done quickly. She claimed that she had emailed me the estimates, which I did not receive. After requesting a re-send and still not receiving them, I called the next day to request they be sent to a different email address, but I never received those either. I then emailed Brenda directly, hoping for a quicker response, but received no reply or callback, which was disappointing. I can't comment on the repair work due to being ignored, but the customer service is unacceptable and I would not recommend this body shop to anyone.

Spent 6 months waiting for a part for my Tacoma.. Once it was installed a returned my truck, my roof and windows started leaking anytime it rained. Just so you have some info, they installed a new roof and new windows. I moved out of state so essentially I’m stuck with this repair. They also missed replacing some lighting brackets in under the hood ass well. Still clearly marked for them to replace. All of which they charged for. I recommend going to a different body shop. Communication really wasn’t up to par either.! I had to call to be the one to call to get ahold of them and get an update.

Excellent job of replacing and painting the scrapped bottom side panel of my Toyota Prius Prime. The free quote was reasonable. Their text message updates and their online tracking system allowed me to track the repair progress! Mahalo to Travis for handling the estimate and Kehau for handling the paperwork and keeping me posted. Mahalo to the technicians that did the work! The work was completed in 2 days earlier than the estimated 3 days.

Had a really positive experience here. After an accident was referred here by my insurance. The front desk gals are amazing (and hilarious!) and the technicians did a great job. After pick up, I did notice a small problem and called the next day. I was worried they would say "too bad so sad, you left our lot and should've checked before you left." That wasnt their response at all. Klayton told me to bring the car back and they quickly repaired the issue on the spot. I am so appreciative of their kindness and professionalism. If I have a body shop related issue, theyre who I will call.

I don't believe in a quick fix or rushing the process, they did finish in a reasonable time When I picked up my car it looked brand new. I was very satisfied.
