Horrible customer service. Took my car there and after it was “fixed” had an issue three days later and Edi acted like it was an inconvenience to drop the car off. The car was then dropped off on a Monday, didn’t hear from him again until Thursday. I told him I would come after work. When I got there he’d left so I messaged him and told I was leaving town that evening for four days. He threatened to charge me $100 per day and said he went out of his way to squeeze me in. Keep in mind the car was dropped off Monday and I didn’t hear from him again until Thursday. Do NOT take your vehicle here. Horrible customer service. Nasty attitude. Clearly not quality work because this issue I had fixed wasn’t fixed! DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!!

The guys who works there named Eddie Is a liar I went in for a coolant leak repair on my bmw and it took him a week to fix it at least said he fixed it he put stop leak in my vehicle and didn’t say anything just that he replaced hoses that was a lie know my car is destroyed he is a liar don’t trust him at all hate this place I will be taking legal action against this man and his business

I was referred to Windward Autohaus by a friend. My faithful Toyota truck needed a new starter. Edi told me to drop it off the next day at noon. In about four hours Edi called and said my truck was ready for pick up. The repair cost was considerably less than I was expecting based on research I had done on the Internet. Edi was a perfect gentleman. I feel blessed knowing there is a skillful and honest mechanic here in Kaneohe where I live. I give Windward Autohaus an enthusiastic two thumbs up!
