Scheduled for routine maintenance but a few days before the appointment my engine started missing badly. Luckily I did not need to drive so kept they appointment. They accommodated my additional problem without issue. Contacted me once they diagnosed the issue and explained what work was needed very clearly. Also pointed out that my brakes needed work for wear and tear. I did have to wait for some parts to be order and that was understandable and no issue for me. Parts arrived as scheduled and the repair completed. Car is running just fine. Price was fair for all the work that was done and I'm a happy customer. A trustworthy dealer service center that does great work.

Disappointed with the wait time for an oil change and safety check. Arrived for service appointment at 7:30 and waited. At 9:40 was informed that the car was just sent into service bay. Received car back after 10:30 am.

Very professional, courteous, and efficient service. I had my car in for an express oil change and multi-point check. I waited in the comfortable lounge for about an hour which was no problem. The hour went quickly as I read the newspaper that was provided and enjoyed the unlimited coffee bar! Mahalo for great service! P.S. Just a little thing, but it would be nice to have plain half & half (no sugar) available for those who prefer that in their cuppa! :)

Joelle of Nissan Windward helped me to get my Nissan Leaf into service after my tow service ran an hour past my scheduled 8am appt. On a very busy day she maintained her commitment to helping me to get my car fixed and a safety inspection. Service was good. but the loaner i got was extremely dirty. sand in the entire car. the car was filthy. Also the charges for labor are extremely high. parts costing $650 is understandable, but paying over $950 for labor is kinda unreasonable. ive been bringing my car for service there since i bought my car and its getting unreasonable. think i need to find another service facility for my car.

The battery on my van seemed to be ready to die, which was weird because I just bought it new a year earlier. Went to the OReiley store to check warranty. I opened my hood and was shocked to see a Nissan battery in its place. I called up and spoke with the Nissan service manager to let him know what happened. I honesty told him they either made a mistake when they serviced my van earlier this year or someone must have taken it. He immediately went to "No!" This is not our service procedures and none of our service guys could have stole it. He just kept denying it or put the blame on me for not changing the battery there. I also needed to bring the old battery in for them to do anything about it. He also asked me what kind of resolution I wanted, like I was after money or something. It got me so pissed off. All he needed to do was ask his mechanic what happened and i would have been ok. Just tell me I will look into it and call you back. Why go into denial when my battery was changed and Nissan was the only ones who serviced my van? I was calling to let him know someone changed my battery by mistake or took it and he should look into it, thats it. No customer service skills.

I experienced a flat tire early in the morning and likely needed a new tire. It was a Saturday and they were booked with appointments however they were able to accommodate me. I had to leave my car for the day which was fine for me. They completed my service halfway through the day which was great. The service representative was friendly. I have my car serviced here on a regular basis and it’s always a nice experience.

Excellent service! Initially contacted to address recall on QX50 engine but they were not ready to service yet due to parts availability. Scheduled regular maintenance and had them check out a potential leak in one of the tires. They provided me a loaner to use for the day. Very impressed with the entire experience. Melissa helped schedule appointments for both of our SUVs. Jason in the service department helped to check me in and explained what they were going to do. He called later to let me know they found a nail in the tire and patched it, and that the car was ready to be picked up. Kathy was very pleasant and set me up with the loaner. I wish I got the name of the cashier because she was another person who helped make this a stress free experience. I only wish Infiniti stayed in town, but making the drive over the hill was worth it.

Service at King Windward Nissan is top notch, I don’t even own a Nissan, but bring all my vehicles here for maintenance. You can’t go wrong with any of the Service Advisors, but Joelle been taking care of me for years. Joelle always makes me feel like family and made sure my TRUCK was taken care of in a timely manner. Dealership environment is welcoming as well, all staff is friendly and coffee, tea and hot chocolate are all on the house. If you’re lucky sometimes the staff have goodies and they always share with every customer. If you’re looking for a new ride go check out my nephew Wally, he’ll take care of you and whether you’re service customer or sales customer at King Windward Nissan, they really are life time friends!!!

I have no problem with service department they are top notch, to keeping my truck running great when needed. I did have a disappoint the day after Christmas & I get it Nissan might be short handed. I made an appointment for a Safety check & was still waiting an hour & half, went to speak to a service agent & asked; what is an appointment for, if it take over an hour & Half a safety check?? He said where is your car, I said right there! Where I can see it by the door. He said it was going in very shortly, I said, it's been an hour & a half, it should have been done already! Took about 20 minutes & I see my truck is done!... ALL I Can say it not your worker that are not doing there job, because They are & They show up with came on attitudes. The problem is the Corporation Keeps Pushing There Devoted Workers after a holiday & it's not business as usual, this is where I get after the Corporation when they have Dedicated Employees that do there Best for there Job & Company. There is no slack for those who Step up & Provide Great service after a holiday, the customers see it & know They Do There Best & Great Job to ALL Employees.. Management! It not always about Your Bonus & nO Heart Felt Drive on those who make you where your AT Today!...
