The BEST customer service hands down! I really appreciate the care that Maile has provided for me with my Jeep! She definitely calmed my anxiety and reassured me that everything would be taken cared of and sure enough it was. I would have gotten into an accident if they didnʻt diagnose what the problem was and I am truly grateful. Mahalo to the manager as well, he was very forthcoming and informative throughout the entire process. From the diagnosis, to ordering the parts, as well as answering all of my anxiety-ridden nonsense questions! The online scheduling is a great tool for appointments but can’t foresee delays. If you’re the first appointment of the day and your vehicle isn’t worked on or racked until 2 hours later, that’s a scheduling problem. The service is great but the movement of work needs attention. A customer shouldn’t have to wait 4 hours for a 2 hour job.

Lex Brodie’s (the Kaneohe location) was first recommended to me for my safety inspection when I arrived to Oahu in April 25’. They have proven to be one of the most professional, honest, and reliable vehicle maintenance and service centers I have ever used. My recent experience further adds to this position. I had to have my vehicle towed to their shop for repairs. I was disappointed due to needing it to move the following week. When I asked how long it could take the answer was as I anticipated, unknown and it would most likely be a few days. I was extremely surprised to get a call later that day with a diagnosis, followed by a later call that everything was repaired!! I couldn’t believe it! They are truly a customer focused company! Highly recommend for all your needs!!

I frequent the Kaka’ako and Kaneohe locations of Lex Brodies and trust both of them for quality, friendly service. While it may be intimidating that they are extremely busy, it becomes apparent after the first visit that there is a reason they are so busy. They provide friendly, quality, reliable service with aloha. Today Maile assisted me when checking my car in and out and she was very friendly and personable as well as knowledgeable about all of the questions I had. Despite how busy they were I was able to have my car serviced in a timely manner and when it was nearly ready I received a friendly call to come pick it up. Maile walked me through what was done and assured me that all had been taken care of and advised me of next steps for my car registration. Aside from today’s positive experience I have had several other experiences where the service advisors have made recommendations for different services but they advised me of pros and cons and did not pressure me one way or another. I felt informed and free to make my own decision which seems to be rare at auto shops and mechanics. Lex Brodies is number one in the USA for good reason. Thanks for fabulous service every time! 🤙

I’ve been coming to Lex Brodies Kaneohe for several years now and they always provide top notch service. Today’s experience was no different. I had a nail in my tire that needed to get removed and the tire repaired. I called them late in the afternoon and they said they could take care of me. Sure enough, even though they had to stay late, they fixed my tire and didn’t make me feel like a pain. Maile and the crew are so great at taking care of their customers. They really are a special part of the Kaneohe community. If you haven’t been by or it has been awhile, I highly recommend them.

Maile, who helped us with getting everything set up for our appointment was spot on. It started earlier in the week when she contacted my wife and I to discuss tire options for my Silverado. She had to get the tires sent over from their warehouse so they would be ready for our Saturday appointment. Everything went smoothly and we love the new BFG tires!!! Kaneohe Lex Brodies is the best Tire, Brake, Safety Check, and Service center on the island! They understand no one likes to wait for the vehicle because we’ve become a “NOW” society! They get it! They are transparent, professional and most of all, caring. Some customers are just too damn impatient. AND then there’s their knowledge and service! I’ve never had to take my vehicles back to them for the same thing! Always done right the first time! My Ohana loves them so much, we bring all of our cars here! Dropped truck off by 8:30am, location was very busy, was quoted for tires before appointment and promising the size to match truck was in stock. Upon arrival, Maile greeted me when it was my turn and realized the tires on my work order were not correctly sized. She quickly located a better replacement. Promised same day service , and stayed late till just after 7pm to get the vehicle finished when promised. To say she went above and beyond is an understatement. She was extremely personable and pleasant. I’ll be back with all our vehicles.

I needed new special order tires on my Tahoe. Maile got the tires in same day and we set up the replacement and alignment. In the process they found I needed to replace my ball joints. We were able to add that to the service and get the parts same day. All in all I was updated throughout the process, service was speedy and best of all my truck drives like when I first bought it! Thanks to the whole crew for great service. My only comment would be that am check in could be quicker. Plan to wait a little bit.

The wait is long for check in but worth it. Prices are reasonable. Very reliable. Leave shop feeling safe on the road. Don’t rush as they are very busy. Expect to leave car for the majority of the day. Just give them time to work on your vehicle. Highly recommended.

This place seems to be okay. Cons: - when calling, you need to have patience as it takes a minute for someone to answer. When I arrived, it appeared that there was only one person taking care of both the clients and answering phones. - after I paid and went to my vehicle, the car choked upon trying to start and the alarm kept going off. I'm not certain what happened. One of the mechanics came out and was able to get it started for me. Pros: - I called several stations; Firestone, Goodwill, and here. Lex Brodie's was able to get me in the next day to fix my vehicle. For the others, the first appointment available wasn't until a week plus+. -There were also able to check and change out my brakes and pads upon request. I was having some shaking when braking down the mountain. I was concerned the brakes would lock up unexpectedly. -customer service was great 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟, just be patient when there is only one individual working the register 🤗 Extremely pleased that they were able to get everything done relatively quickly.
