We had a great experience! We were working with budget and Wolford was very accommodating, focusing in on the most crucial repairs and making sure we were aware of any other issues that were found. Our car looked great coming out and runs good as new. They were also very friendly and easy to work with especially since it was around the holidays. Will definitely work with them again if anything els happens.

Excellent! They fixed our truck after it got rear ended and worked with the insurance and we didn’t have to pay a dollar. Every one of their staff was very nice and helpful. They got the repair done in about a week and they had cleaned the inside of the vehicle and washed the outside. Hopefully I won’t have to go back here again but if I do, I would gladly choose Wolford’s!

The BEST. Most confident off-road rescuers I have ever met. I've been in some tough spots - but this was the worst. Everybody else I contacted couldn't go - but they usually said "No way. I won't go up that road". I showed them the pictures of my disaster. He casually said, "Sure, I can do that". We left that same day and came back safely and fully intact. It was amazing watching the way he worked. Focused. I can't say enough about their service. Anytime, anywhere, timely, safe service. THE BEST.

A couple of months back I had a mirror that was damaged and I had them fix it for me. It was reasonably priced, if but the material used was not exactly what I was looking for at the time. Recently, my same truck was totaled by a man who ran a red and t-boned my truck, and wolfords were an excellent resource. They were able to be to my location and tow my truck within 15 minutes, despite it being 10:30 PM, have been nothing but friendly in a trying time, and their associates Emily and Ty have been extremely helpful in getting the insurance company accurate damage estimates, helping me track down details for the truck’s value, and going above and beyond by frequently updating me on the status of what insurance is telling them. Very friendly staff, excellent service! They do not remove your vehicle from their lot until you ask them to; they won’t move it without your explicit permission, but it does cost insurance $40 a day. Very convenient for getting your stuff out of the vehicle in the days after an accident.

These guys did stellar work! I had some issues with the initial repairs and was worried about addressing them because of horror stories I’ve heard from friends that dealt with other body shops and mechanics. But Tim Wolford (who I assume is the owner or one of them as the name implies) didn’t make me feel like a scammer or crook when I brought them to attention and was very prompt about getting my car back in to be further worked on. Maybe I’m stereotyping but it seems like a lot of local and small businesses will make you feel scummy for questioning their work but these guys took it in stride and really came together to offer me some great service. I really appreciated the service that Wolford’s did but moreover the integrity that came with it and the willingness to get my car back to its original shape. It’s the type of stuff that makes you just want to look at an American flag -tear in your eye- and think “things aren’t that bad, huh?” hahah! There’s not a lot of places that offer that quality and level of care anymore so when you find them it’s best to appreciate it. My car certainly looked better than it did before the crash and it looks even better now. Ultimately, Wolford’s will fix your car to the best of their ability, which is better than most, and even if they don’t get it 100% right the first time they will make it 100% right in the end and that’s what it’s all about.
