★☆☆☆☆ Terrible experience. Take your vehicles anywhere else for service. We brought our truck to them and told them we knew the issue had to do with the wiring from point A to point B and that we had already replaced a part (tire speed sensor) to figure it out. They double charged us the diagnostic fee (that is already pretty high) just to tell us what we already knew. But they insisted it took them all day to find the issue. (Finding which part of the wiring had a disconnect) We delivered it to them on Monday at 10:30/11 and didn’t hear a thing from them until we called them that afternoon only to be told they hadn’t found the issue yet. They kept the vehicle overnight and we didn’t get it until 3/4 pm next day. I was told they informed my husband of the changes in the charges, which my husband said was different than what he was told. Not to mention the “misc charges” for “topping of fluids” that was never asked about. (I did get them to take that off). Not happy and not going back.
