My husband I were desperate for tools for our car to fix our breaks at last minute with very little money. I was the only one in the store on the phone with my husband uncertain on what we needed and what to do. Justin Hen was quick to help me; he was kind and patient with me as well. He also made sure I was able to afford the tools with what money I had. He then helped me carry the heavy tools out to my car. Thank you for your kind service and patience! Many Vehicle Diagnostics are free here and they also suggest solutions. Whenever we have a warning light, we visit AutoZone and always find the error with the help of staff and their suggested solutions always work and are very helpful. We are glad to have them in town!!!

Sierra, the parts manager took care of vehicle battery with outstanding customer service. I can’t remember her name, but another person helped me save money on my new battery purchase AND saved whatever damage I may have done to my alternator attempting to drive my vehicle. There was also a gentleman that helped out in between. The team effort was appreciated and the vibes helped me through a stressful situation. I just wanted to take the time to let you know you guys made me feel welcomed and helped me more than I thought I would have deserved. Thank you!

Not happy!!!! Waited for a good 10 minutes while I was the first person in line for the lady at the counter on the telephone Then finally this Employee comes out of the back. Goes to get my order and I have a question about it. He starts speaking a foreign language with the guy behind me. Tried politely to interrupt him and ask him a question. He just ignored me. 3 times.

I bought the wrong headlight for my car and even though the package had been opened the employee helping me (Sierra) still accepted the return and gave me a full refund and also found me the correct headlight. I love it seems that every time I go in there and need anything I’m well taken care of. The gentleman helping me was great, his service was speedy considering circumstances. But.. 2016 Ford police interceptor sedan headlight is "9000". Not 9012. Three times I've replaced my headlights provided from autozone over the years. 3 times their system has provided the incorrect part. I should of googled it
