We had a mystery problem in my daughter 1998 Beetle that had us scratching our heads. Random stalling, but no check engine light. Turned out to be multiple problems that took serious detective work to get figured out. These guys never gave up and kept us in the loop the entire time, plus helped us with a loaner car and gave us a break on labour due to the unpredictability of the situation. These guys don't give up!

I highly recommend to bring your vehicles in for the Maintenance & Saftey Inspection! The team at Import Auto is friendly and easy to work with! They can answer any questions and simply explain what your car needs. What makes these guys different than the rest is that they record their inspection and provide access to these recordings. Unfortunately, my car had more problems than anticipated. Bryan, the owners, gave me his best professional recommendation. I will be bringing my other car for the inspection as soon as possible and you should to!

Everybody at Import Auto is super nice and polite. I had my dogs because I was in a tough situation. They really took care of my vehicle and fixed what I needed and told me what I needed to work on later. Everybody there is super informative and professional, and I really liked all of them. Even the owner was really polite as well and funny. I give them five stars and recommend them and will always go back to them to fix my Audi. I was even referred by my landlord.. I’ve been coming to import auto since 2019 and since then they have been the only shop in the valley that I trust. From my very first BMW, a 2002 540i to my Porsche, and my 135i as well as my 535xit and now my most recent a 2018 M550i. Almost ten years of trusting them with my vehicles I’ve had over the years. Brian and his crew are amazing people and I don’t think anyone else to me comes in close to second. Jake and Clint have always been super helpful and also the guys in the back going above and beyond.
