I was able to get my car in and out with 4 new tires very quickly. After they pulled the car out of the garage, I asked if they would check my oil. They did and refilled the oil reservoir without complaint. I appreciate their service. 06/18/2025 walked in needing an oil change quickly and left within a half hour in order to drive to Salt Lake.

Pretty disappointing, not in the customer service, but in the lack of technical ability. In August they did a deal where if you bought a set of tires you got a free alignment, so I took 2 of my vehicles in. The first vehicle, a newer, modified car. I sat and watched as the teenage techs were not careful with my rims, revved my car in the bay before pulling it out, and then race my car around the block to park in the back lot (I could hear them take off from inside the shop). I knew that my rims were already a bit beat up, and wasn't sure if there was any new damage, and it wasn't excessive revving, so I bit my tongue and wrote it off as the cost of bringing my car to a shop, but then I brought in my second vehicle, and the incompetence started to really show. My second vehicle, an older, also modified truck, got new tires, and once they got it on the lift, found that it needed some work done, so I took it home, did the work myself and brought it back for the alignment. The second visit, after an hour on the lift, the teenage tech comes in and tells me "I don't know how to adjust the alignment on this". So I told him how to do the adjustment, he goes back into the shop, spends ANOTHER HOUR shining his flashlight up under it, looking around, visiting with his friends, and then comes back in to say "Yeah, everything is seized, I can't get anything to adjust, you need to come back when our ASE tech is here". I know for a fact that he didn't even try adjusting the alignment. When I got home I crawled underneath the truck, not a single tool mark on any bolt or adjustment sleeve, there's no way he even touched the thing, just wasted 2 hours of my time to make it look like he was trying. Finally, on the third visit I got them to do the adjustment, after it sat waiting for a few hours... Needless to say, I probably won't be coming back here.

They did an excellent job withy daughter's brakes and battery, they even brought in an extra mechanic to get it done for her same day, which was amazing, but above and beyond that, these guys stayed well after they closed help my daughter, whose car randomly locks the keys in it, try and get her car open! They even had her wait inside because it was chilly outside, and offered to give her a ride home. I would go here 100.times over for that kind of service.

I had an awesome experience with the guys at Discount Tire! Before I came in, my tires looked very worn out and needed to get them replaced immediately. They were able to find great tires for my car for a very good price. I also loved how customer oriented they were by not pressuring me to get the most expensive tires they have and allowed me to decide what options they had. I also appreciate their transparency with my car’s situation after the alignment results and how often I should come in for a tire rotation. Finally, I can never say no to a lifetime free flat tire repair and tire rotation! Thanks Discount Tire!

My husband was devastated when his truck tire was destroyed. One call to Jared had everything lined up for a new set of tires, as requested, and they were all replaced and aligned on that same day. Dean really likes the tread pattern on the tires. I liked that they sent someone pick up and return the truck. Darrell's fine service is continuing in our community. Highly recommend them.

Discount, tire in Logan are very great to work with. They're honest with you, don't overcharge, and give you a very good product for the price that you pay, they are very competitive. I priced a 1/2 a dozen different tire places, and they were a little cheaper in price for the same quality of tire. The thing I like about them the most is there up front and honest with you and very friendly. I have now replaced tires through them on 3 of my vehicles and have been very happy with their workmanship, and how I've been treated there. I would give them 5 stars out of 5 stars. I actually live in Brigham City and will be doing all my tires business there from now on.
