Would highly recommend not taking your vehicle here for service, brought it in for some repairs they told me they had to order several parts. Everything got in they started and then claimed they were wrong about what was wrong and refused to refund the parts THEY ordered. Poor quality service compared to what they use to be and the techs use to be much more reliable and honest.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR SERVICE. No customer service, unorganized, no transparency, called us liars, did not live up to their word: I purchased a new vehicle back in December in SLC and had it serviced here for some open recalls that it had. Took it in January, and they fixed one recall on the spot. For the second recall they said they had to order a piece and that they would call me to schedule time upon arrival. Three months pass by and I hear nothing from them. So in April my car had another problem, a transmission line leak. Took it in for warranty work since it was a known issue and there was a TSB for it. When I took it in I asked for an update on the recall and they said they had the part sitting there and no one bothered to call me to schedule time. Now for the transmission work, I handed it over to them and they said the turn around time should be pretty quick since it was a relatively easy fix. They said the long part would be just waiting for the parts to come in, the fix would only take 1 day of work. They even offered a rental car but I declined because I was under the impression that it would be a quick fix. After waiting a week and a half they finally received the parts and said they were ready to work on the car. I give them the car, few days pass and I call at the end of the week for an update, they tell me they haven't even started yet. He told me check back on Monday and they should be done. I call Monday and he informs me that they forgot to order a special tool that was clearly listed on the TSB. So they order the missing part and receive it in a few days. They call me back again, took my car in and finally got the issue addressed after a 2 week+ ordeal. I voiced my frustrations with the lack of transparency and them wasting my time for an error on their end, so they offered me a free oil change for my troubles. Keep in mind the person I was working with was Braden Earl. Braden offered me a free oil change but claimed that he could not put it in the system and there was no need to document it because he would just schedule it. So he schedule the oil change but I canceled because I did not need it at the time. Braden said that was no issue and to just call him back when I needed the oil change. So now here we are in August. I call back for my free oil change and Braden claims he has no recollection of offering me a free oil change even though he saw in the system that one was scheduled. I then spoke with the service manager and he goes back through the records and say there was no documentation of this ever happening, but Braden said that was not necessary since he had it taken care of. The service manager then goes on to speak to us in a rude manner and essentially call us liars even saying "It's your word against my employee's". The manager also said he was not sure why we were complaining because we did not pay anything out of pocket it since it was a warranty issue. Regardless that was besides the point, of them not living up to their words. He ultimately denied that they ever offered us a free oil change and essentially told us we were lying. In summary, Wilson Ford lacks customer service in every regard. They are not proactive and will not give you updates. They will call you a liar and not live up to their word. They lack attention to detail and are a hassle to work with.

Salesman I purchased a brand new vehicle from insisted I had to come in (a 240 mile round drive) for a check promised to me due to paint damage l discovered day after purchased. When the check was ready (I had to call twice on that) I got a nonsensical excuse for me having to come in personally, "we do things with a handshake around here." I had to go over his head to simply have the check mailed to me. I'm still befuddled over what that was all about. Then I received a semi-rude call from the salesman over me allegedly giving them a wrong payoff price on my trade in. They of course confirmed payoff price prior to my purchase! I told him they were qouting the purchase price of the new vehicle. After some hesitation, I got a "sorry, our mistake" and quick hang-up. Again, not sure what that was all about. I want to leave one star, but the initial finance gentleman was polite, and did get me a fair deal on initial purchase, and he did get the check mailed out. Honestly, I'm not sure what to make of my experience.

Not impressed with this service dept. I get the feeling that the customer is a priority at other dealerships I work with, but not this one. Update: After posting my original review I got a call from one of Wilson's managers to let me know they were getting my truck taken care of. While my interaction with one of their service reps was 1-star worthy and despite the fact that the mechanical issues I experienced on Saturday while attempting to take my son skiing were a result of a technician's error in putting my truck back together after working on it earlier last week, I appreciate the response I got from Chad and his service manager to get the issue with my truck resolved and back on the road. Thank you, Chad, for making customer service a priority.

Took my car in for rack & pinion issues and told them to do any work up to 2k, they called me a week later for the estimate and there was miscommunication and instead it being what I thought it was 16k in parts they ordered. Before they did any work I was able to tell them to return the parts but they held me to handling fees and got charged $1,500 otherwise they would impound my car so without any work being done on my car all my money for it is gone. GET AN INVOICE before agreeing to any price.

I brought my vehicle in to be diagnosed with a problem related to the key. They found a damaged wire. I was given a quote to fix it which seemed rather expensive. I told them I was going to pass on it. When I went to pay the diagnostic fee and was talking with Baylee, the service tech, he told me about my tires being worn and gave me some great advice. Then, he somewhat mumbled, "I just fixed the wire while I was in there". What a guy! I don't think the sales guy was super happy about it, but I'll tell you what, Baylee left me with a real positive impression and I'll definitely be back. It honestly cost next to nothing and I did pay what felt like a fair amount for less than an hour total there. I hope Baylee gets commended for his great customer service. I'll be back and will ask that he do my repairs if at all possible.

UPDATED FROM 5 STARS TO 1 STAR! They did 2 recalls. Seemed like amazing people definitely bringing spouse to look at trucks I thought to myself since just starting my looking for one. After the second recall they brought the SUV to my house so incredibly nice people, I THOUGHT. But, the day before 2nd recall I drove to Ogden on the interstate about 75 or 80 mph zero problems from Providence then they did recall dropped off I drove it to Judges car wash at 50mph on the road in front of Costco sounded like wheel coming off went to them afraid it was unsafe a guy who said he was in charge (NOT service manager, found out he left hour earlier found out the guy giving me attitude and running me down was in charge) blew me off said not their fault WITHOUT touching car disrespected me insulted me and gave me appointment but warned me saying several times ( around 6 times)to count on a $90 charge to look at it and find out that its nothing they did.The first recall they left parts off but second recall nothing they did?without a single benefit of the doubt. I wasn't asking for new engine just determine what that sound that now showed up RIGHT AFTER the second recall completed. I'm so upset I cancelled my appointment NEVER going there again. I don't trust them after talking to friends they said yeah if they find it was wrong on their part they will just lie to save reputation and to charge you $90. I was leaning HEAVY buying new Ford truck soon AFTER THIS STUNT NO WAY! I'm not dealing with them I'm incredibly hurt of such utter disrespect calling me stupid because they didn't need to touch the wheel at all and just be stupid to think it is knowing full well it could've been a loose gas tank (I am guessing that because that was what the second recall for)or something I can't guess like a trained mechanic plus I didn't THINK it was a wheel I said it SOUNDS like it could be. ANYWAYS this is everything I remember to the best of my ability they have great reviews so I'm in shock it happened. NEVER AGAIN! This SUV going being sold so I NEVER deal with them in future!

I took my f150 for cam phasers here and I got reggie as my service advisor. He made the experience great I had a aftermarket warranty and he took care of all the paperwork for me( I had previously tried to do this job at young ford in Brigham city and they were had very poor communication with me and the warranty). Reggie delivered , great communication with a very fast time line he was very proactive and had a great attitude thank you.

Charge me to warranty on my truck. And could not tell me what the charge was for... vary shady and rude about it. And what do you know my truck has problems that were not there before. And what sad is alot of the reviews say this. Mabey it's time for Wilson to be held responsible. I will never go back to these rude people.

I have had a terrible experience with this dealerships service department. I have a new truck with 32,000 miles on it that has come in for warranty issues and always leaves with more issues than when it got there. They came and picked up my truck from my work to do some work on it and then never brought it back to me and when I called, I was told that everyone had left and I would need to find my own ride to come pick it up from their dealership. I have NEVER been treated so poorly so Wilson will not be servicing my new 2025 truck I have being built. So worth going to Preston to West Motor for all your Ford needs.

We had to buy a car after our suburban finally gave up. We really weren’t looking forward to it, the last time we bought a car from a dealership it was a horrible experience. We were pleasantly surprised by how easy and stress free our experience was with Wilson. We found the vehicle we wanted online and inquired about it. Started texting with Parker the next day, filled out the loan application online and got the approval in an hour or so. Went in that afternoon and test drove it and signed the papers. We were in and out in about an hour. They didn’t try to upsell us on anything and were great to work with. A much better experience compared to the last time we had to buy a vehicle.

Had such a wonderful experience at Wilson Ford. I'd been getting scammed and yanked around by the Young Ford Brigham location all week, walked into Wilson, told them the truck I wanted to look at, and we were in and done in less than an hour at a more than fair price. No scheming, no talking behind closed doors, no beating around the bush or "surprise fees, oh no!". It was the best car buying experience I've had and I really appreciated their no-bull approach. Thank you Wilson Ford.

They sell cars that were involved in heavy accidents as clean title vehicles. Can’t believe these guys are still doing business. Response: I will prove to you that you guys are doing that. I still own the car that I purchased from you in 2015, and we can have a conversation with a collision repair shop any time you want.

DO NOT have Jullian as your service tech he will have you sit there for over an hour when your truck is done and try to make you pay $500.00 out of pocket when it's actually covered under warranty. I came in for a recall and sat there for 2 hours before I asked him for an eta. He said 'oh I was actually going to come grab you it's ready'. So I checked my dash cam footage and in reality I was sitting in the waiting room 1.5hours while my truck sat in the parking lot done. He then tells me I have an axle seal leak that needs to be replaced next time. I ask him if it is covered under warranty and he says no, it will be about $500.00-$600.00. I go home and look it up and online it says it's covered under my powertrain warranty. So, I call Jullian and he says, no, it's not covered it's considered bumper to bumper. So I ask him to run the actual cost, he has me hold while he looks up the part numbers and put together a legit quote. He says it will be $500.00. I then call a different Ford location, they put my vin and IT IS under warranty. So, I call Wilson back, Jullian answers, I tell him I want to speak to a manager, and he then says, ohhhh yeah it is covered. It took 3 different conversations for him to actually take me seriously. I would have paid out $500.00 for no reason. The second time I called the manager says the invoice/quote says it's under warranty, so Jullian actually lied. I usually deal with Lynnette and she is AMAZING. Jullian, had my car sit there for 1.5hours done and told me 3 times that I was going to over $500.00 when in reality it would be free. Please be careful, apparently with Jullian you should triple check and even call around to make sure you don't have to pay.

I did not buy my car here but l've taken it here multiple times since it's the only one close to me and almost every time ive had issues. Their customer service is not the best and they are not very polite either. They always sound so annoyed whenever I call them. The older lady that sits at the front is rude and was not very respectful either. They've kept my car for way longer than they should've when they said it would be something quick and easy and so so s000 much more that l've always brushed off but today is where i draw the line and have to leave a review. They picked up my car from my job around 9:30 am to run some recall tests. I had a missed call and returned the call on my lunch at 1:00 pm. They had advised me that everything came back good and they were just about ready to drop it off again at my workplace. I got off of work at 3:45 pm and saw my car was not in the parking lot. I called them and asked them where my car was (i've had it returned to the WRONG location in the past and I had to go looking for my car after work). They said they were waiting for someone to come back from break to come and return it. I told him it had been 3 hours since they had told me that. He had no response, just apologized and said they would get it to me as soon as they could. Gave me an estimate of 20 minutes. I'm still sitting at my job waiting for my car, 20 minutes pass by, 30 minutes pass by, 40 minutes pass by and that's when i see them coming around the corner. I totally understand things get busy sometimes but this is just so ridiculous and inconvenient when it happens so freaking often. I had things to do today after work and now i had to cancel those appointments and reschedule because you really never know what to expect from logan ford wilson other than a sour crew, bad service and time taken from you.

As this was a first time Brand New off the showroom floor purchase. It was decided we would take our Wilson Ford Nissan to the dealership when needed to its Service Department. Even had the next set of tires done by them. Here is why I gave it 3 STARS, a patch was needed on one of the tires. Not only did they fix the tire but as I was waiting they brought to me my dirty air filter, engine filter and my battery tested low, about 310 out of 500, which would of been around $500.00. I passed at this time, wasn’t in my budget at the moment. What I found surprising was once I had my car back the tire was fixed and pressure read 35. But the other tired read at 30, 32 and 32. They had the time to check things I didn’t ask for that would of made them on the spot extra money but weren’t even courteous enough to at least check that the tire pressure was the same in each tire which would of taken less time to do the other things not required. Even treated me less than after I chose not to do the extras right then. For getting the task at hand done is a neutral 3 but what gets 4 STARS or above is going above and beyond your Service. I’ve gone to other tire places before like Les Schwab Tire does that very thing, always friendly, goes over and beyond my expectations and us where I will continue my business after this experience at Wilson Ford, Logan, Utah.
