Great customer service. Trust but verify is a rule that serves the consumer Quote for a 45k mile F250 for 1500.00 to change pads, drums and calipers on the front end only. Did not accept this as reasonable this did concern me enough to seek a second opinion. Enough to say this is a wildly misleading quote. I’ll stay with the free flat repair. I definitely feel like people should be aware of this practice. Verified with another shop pads where the only thing needing changed. Drums and calipers on a 45 k truck should raise an alarm Thanks but no thanks on the estimate. I hoped for better

I've been going to this place for years to have various services done on my trucks. They are very reliable, competent, and fair on their prices. I have only had very positive experiences with them!

Came in to get a new set of tires on a Friday. Over the weekend, one of my tires completely deflated three times due to a bad seal, so I had to come back to get it fixed. Additionally, there were scratches and damage around all of the lug nuts on my wheels and grease remaining on the exterior of the wheels. The attendant wasn't concerned in the slightest by my negative experience. Overall the work performed was rushed and sloppy, with no care taken to protect my wheels or to even wipe off excess grease. I wouldn't come back again or recommend this shop to anyone.

I like to give a business more than one chance before I post a review. Even if it is a good review or bad. 1st chance was when they replaced my water pump on my truck. The top hose for the radiator had a wear spot and I was going to replace it, but since the water pump went out and they were going to drain the system I figured they could do it. I asked them to do this and to use the brand new hose I bought in which I left on the driver seat, they said sure thing. I got my truck back and the hose was seating in the passenger seat. (The water pump they installed was done correctly) 2nd chance my daughter got 4 new tires from them they threw all the old tires in the car and still charged her for disposal, I did take them back and told them to dispose of them. 3rd and last chance I had some power lose I asked if they could check it out. They told me I needed a whole new motor. ( $90 diagnostic fee) took it to get a second opinion the cause of power lose was due to low oil (from an oil leak) which caused the vvt solenoids to act up. Fixed the oil leak, changed oil. The tuck has been fine since with no check engine lights. Use this information as you will maybe your experience has been different but this was mine.

I took my truck in to have a TPMS sensor replaced and was told I should replace all four since the others would soon fail. Even though it was expensive, I agreed because it made sense. Later, when another sensor light came on, I brought it back under their parts warranty, only to be told they had only replaced two the first time and I’d have to pay again for the other two. That makes no sense, and the employee even admitted it must’ve been a miscommunication. I was told all four would be replaced, and I paid, believing that’s what was done. Now they’re asking me to pay double for something I already thought I took care of. Terrible communication and poor customer service. Feels like they’ll nickel and dime you wherever they can.

I have had a lot of good experiences with Big O in past years, but in recent months it has gone a different way. I went in for a simple brake pad replacement and they insisted the entire back brake system needed to be replaced. They did the work, but I had to go back to the shop twice to "take another look" because the brakes were not releasing and stopping the truck MID-DRIVE. The final time I took it back they told me I would need to get a repair done that would cost me over a thousand dollars. I got spooked and took it to a mechanic in the family. He said that there was no internal issue and that they were just impatient with a very simple (but finicky) solution. Big O has been great for simple things like oil changes, but be careful taking their advice for bigger issues.

Bought my 2022 Ford F350 platinum from Truck Ranch Logan , Utah . April 2024 . Truck was serviced here. Took the the truck in to get oil changed and the oil plug was so tight almost stripped the threads getting it out . My mechanic said it was a tough one. Read the same thing in a previous review. Now I’m going to check the lug nuts.

Seriously the best shop, they’re quick and have always been fair in my experiences with them, given I’ve only gone in there for routine maintenance stuff. Super helpful crew in there that’s also always way respectful and kind too(:

I had a great experience here. Got brand new tires and the valve stem went bad a few days later. I brought the tire in and they fixed it immediately with no cost to me. If you need tires this is the place to go and their warranty is cheap and very worth it. Plus they do free flat repair without the warranty. Can’t beat it in cache valley.

We had a busy Saturday and called big o to the rescue when I woke up with a screw in my tire and a completely flat tire. When we arrived for the tire replacement it was just 1 hour before our planned USU basketball game and figured we would miss some of the first half. We had our car back in a half hour and arrived at the game just in time to hear the National anthem. Thank you for taking care of us Big O Logan Utah!

Got pretty nice tires for my old SUV. They were at a decent price and the service was provided promptly. The car feels nice when driven and ao far I haven't had any issues with the new tires. I'll keep posting how they feel and perform as the time passes.

This place doesn’t even deserve one star. I came in a few weeks back to ask about a mirror being replaced, the worker told me that if I bought the part and brought it in, it would be no charge to replace it. On that promise, I came back in with the mirror and asked them to replace it. They said they’d be happy to do that, but that it would cost $60. I tried to be understanding, and said I’d pay the labor. I asked about a brake check as well, they said they’d do that no problem. Well, I’ve been here for two hours. They haven’t touched my mirror. They broke the lug nut key trying to get my tires off for the brake check, and they want to charge me for new lug nuts and to drill out the remaining ones since the key is broken. I’m deeply disappointed with how I’ve been treated today. It was obvious misogyny toward me as a young woman, the worker even told me he’d be happy to explain to my husband who might understand the situation better. It’s disgusting. If you have car problems, YouTube and your own two hands is a better bet than the crooked people here.

First off, the good: This Big O Tires has excellent service and a fast turnaround. At my hometown Big O you have to book days in advance. More to do with the population density in California vs Logan but I digress. You can go into this Big O any day of the week and within 1.5 hours, or just a walk around the block, get your oil changed and tires rotated. 5/5 when walking out of this store. The bad: 8k miles later I'm ready for an oil change and this time I plan on doing it myself. I have access to a car lift so a buddy and I get the car up into the air and for the next 10 minutes, try and break the oil plug loose, starting with a ratchet and eventually getting the plug out with a 2 ft long breaker bar. Absolutely unacceptable. With a torque rating of 31 ft-lbs it took at least 100 ft-lbs to get the plug off. Cannot believe the thing wasn't stripped. The same exact thing went for each lug nut on each tire when those are specced to 89 ft-lbs. In a pinch out in the wild, there was no way I would've been able to get the tires off without a breaker bar. Big O Tires' greatness with customer service is heavily dragged down by the care they put into your vehicle. Big O Tires is now being referred to by me as Big Zero and if I could put zero stars into this google review, that's what they'd get.

Now to start off this isn't a big deal. I took my car in to get a flat fixed and instead of taking the tire off and putting on a patch on the inside, they just put a tire plug in it. Now to get to the "not a big deal" I have crome valve steam caps (to make the look a little nicer / cleaner) aging nit a big deal but they replaced with their bulk generic black plastic cap.
