These guys were awesome. I usually don’t write reviews but I came in with new headlight bulbs after having a hard time installing them myself and they took the time to install them and even put new parts in that I was missing in my bumper. The cost was super low and other auto repair shops were trying to charge me over 200 bucks to replace the bulbs. Can’t recommend grease monkey enough! :)

I am absolutely amazed at the excellent service I had at this Grease Monkey. I had actually taken my car to a different t mechanic and told him there was a problem with the vent/filter. The mechanic told me there was nothing wrong with it. Tyler at Grease Monkey found the very obvious problem and fixed it, and didn’t charge me extra. The first mechanic had obviously not even looked. Grease Monkey got me in as soon as I arrived, did an excellent quick job, friendly, professional, honest, and reasonably priced. I will definitely be going here next oil change. Would give 10 stars if Google let me ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Would not give me an oil change with SW 20 conventional oil for my 2011 Toyota Sequoia. I have been putting conventional oil in this vehicle since I owned it without issue, as it doesn’t get heavy use. Greasemonkey just wanted more money (Synthetic oil cost double what conventional does): but the reality is they lost my business forever and I will never recommend anyone else go to them. I went down the road to Valvoline and they happily changed my oil without any cheek or pushback. I highly recommend them instead of grease monkey.

Excellent service quick changes and willing to go the extra mile for their customers……. My wife and I have been working with Jason and Keith to fix a clasp on our car. They came up with a creative 3D print solution and we have had such a positive experience that we will not be taking our car to anywhere else. Love that the owner is local! 10/10 !

OVERCHARGE AND SLOW Staff was friendly enough but I was overcharged and the oil change took twice as long as it should, even though they were not busy. Unfortunately I highly recommend AGAINST this place. Go anywhere but here. My sister had a similar experience here except that they weren't friendly to her.

Went to get my emissions tested said it would take less then 30 minutes 15 minutes later I was walking out didn't even have time to finish my free popcorn. Upfront pricing no surprises

Grease monkey is my go to for oil changes. They go over everything with a fine tooth comb and won’t try to sell you on unnecessary things. For the price you absolutely can’t beat their quality of product and service. Best place for an oil change in cache valley in my opinion.

Oil change was good. But they brought out the cabin air filter and showed me a filter that had a handful of lint and stuff piled on top and asked if I wanted to change it out and I said its alright I can do that myself. When I got in my car and turned the AC on I got a big blast of dust out of my vents and the AC fan started making a ticking sound. Got home to change the filter to find out that the guy had shoved all the piled up lint back into the filter that was now jamming up my AC fan.

They put the wrong air filter in my car. It cost me over $400 to fix it. I've gone into both shop locations to talk to the manager several times. I was always told he not there and was told he would would call me. It's been months, I'm still waiting for the call I've tried several time to email you and all I get is a delivery failure notice. I also sent a text to the manager at the South Logan location. Still no one has contacted me

Five stars all the way all of the guys there are the best They didn’t need to help me with the things I came in just now explaining to them, but they took the time out of their day to help me anyways and this is after they did my oil change and everything and I came back to them for something different like I said they didn’t need to help me, but they did and I have nothing but great things to say about this company in this place so thank you so much guys

We got in for an oil change really fast. Professional service friendly awesome staff. A few days later truck dies on the freeway 50 miles away. We don’t think it’s from the oil change. Have it towed to closest location. Mechanics comes and tells us it’s the oil change. We take the filter in they verify it was theirs. We ask them to pay for what we had to do to fix their mistake. They refuse because why? We didn’t take it back to give them an other chance to mess it up. Do not be duped by this owner and manager. They do not stick up for their work. If it can’t be done right they won’t fix it! Crooks! Policy before people! Bad business model. Not worth the risk!

Stopped in there over the Thanksgiving holiday week and they took me right in to do my brakes. All the guys there were really friendly and as I was sitting in the waiting room I heard them explaining all their services to their customers. They did a really nice job with that. I definitely go back there again. The worker seem very conscientious and above all they all seem very nice and friendly. My brakes work. That's very important. 🙂

Coming out of Hobby Lobby i had a big puddle of oil under my car. After calling , Landon came from across the parking lot and helped me by checking my dip stick and we figured out it must've been from a different car. He saved the day since my babies were in the car. Landon is great!
