Phenomenal staff and high quality work with transparent, clear, and consistent communication. They worked with insurance and made my car’s repairs easy as pie! Additionally, they buffed my headlights and replaced a blinker light even though they didn’t have to. My car was squeaky clean when they returned it and looked so good! Highly recommend

Honesty goes a long way, I was quoted $2400 and got a call the day of pick up that a service on the quote was no longer needed which took off $500 when I came time to pay. Fred and his staff were awesome! I had a minor repair but he treated me like I was a Lamborghini owner! He got me an estimate right away, got the part for my vehicle the next day, and had it installed while I waited! I offered a tip to the technician but he refused to take it! I feel like these days it’s rare to find a business that truly takes pride in their work. So many places do the bare minimum and move on. World Class Collision was the complete opposite. From start to finish, they went above and beyond in every possible way. They consistently checked in with phone calls and status updates so I was never left wondering what was happening with my car. The repair work itself was excellent, but what really stood out was their integrity and attention to detail. They noticed my car battery was dying and offered to replace it, even though they absolutely didn’t have to say anything or do that for me. On top of that, they realized I had overpaid by $100 and proactively called me to reimburse me. That level of honesty and care is incredibly rare. This kind of work ethic is hard to find these days, and businesses like this deserve all the praise, recognition, and loyal customers they can get. I’m so grateful for the experience and would recommend World Class Collision without hesitation. They truly live up to their name.

The first estimate by another shop was over $3k. I questioned several items that I knew were not in need of repairs. I went to World Class Collison based on 5 star reviews. Their estimate was half of the other shop's. They got me in right away, coordinated with my insurance, and took only about a week to replace the front bumper and repaint it. The communication is great, and the people are friendly. They also gave me a ride to my rental car location. I highly recommend these guys.
