It's unfortunate that one really bad experience can taint your view of a store. I've always ordered through the O'Reilly's near me. With my current work schedule I'm only able to work on the vintage BMW I'm restoring on the weekends. I ordered a part on Saturday and was told it would arrive on Monday. The following Saturday I went in early to pick it up. After 15 minutes or so they decided it hadn't been delivered. I'm not going to use names but one employee said to the other to just order it again.. I was a bit annoyed as my time to work on the car is limited. I told them not to order it . I would do it online. The 2 employees attitudes were far less professional than I'd expect from a parts store like O'Reilly's. I guess they don't realize the list of parts stores are endless . Word of mouth is powerful. Amazon prime is next day.

My engine light came on, and as usual, there was no information on what the problem was. I drove to this O'Reilly's and the clerk was friendly and helpful. He checked the car's OBD2 diagnostic port and was able to give me clear results. Of course, they weren't *good* results (why couldn't it be just the gas cap? Curse you, Automotive Gods!), but that's certainly no fault of O'Reilly's. At the very least, I knew what I was dealing with, which I greatly appreciated. Not sure what the code for "Too many bodies in trunk" means, but I'm sure a qualified mechanic will be able to figure it out.

As well as having very competitive prices and a good customer service history with me personally over the past years I would not hesitate to recommend this facility or chain to anybody who is in seek of anything from simple help to parts that you may need. After being accused of trying to return a headlight that wasnt what i was sold and the "driver" saying that he would not do the return WITH a proper receipt, i was told to ask the manager. He then just stood around while we had to ask every person that walked by us if they were the manager. Talk about not going beyond his job description. Then why be behind the counter acting as if you are someone who works there instead of an uber driver?? Ive never been so disrespected and treated so poorly by a retail establishment before. Obviously, they care nothing of customer service, little of customer retention and more of making sure they are paid to do as little as possible. I was trying to return a $100 bulb, that was the wrong one for my car. Not a $10,000 engine. But acted as if we were trying to bankrupt the company with that measley $100 return. Perhaps if the emplyees spent an equal time trying to make.customers happy rather than trying to ruin our day, $100 wouldn't cause their paychecks to bounce. They Refused to do anything for us. Acted as if we were supposed to know exactly what the alternatives to an exchange were, when we asked how much is the correct bulb, the response was "it depends" then stared at us blankly. No looking it up on their computer or anything. Make sure you are able to google everything you need answers for when going to this store, because thats what i was told to do when i asked for a copy of their return policy as well. The only way i would ever return to this store would be if there were all new staff. I would never waste my time on complaining about useless, lazy, overpaid staff; however, after how disgusted i am over this expierence, i will be forwarding this to their corporate offices. Maybe some customer training or a new job is what these employees need.

I came to this location a couple of weeks ago to get a brake light bulb replaced and the staff was professional and friendly. I initially went to a location up the road from this location after reading online that O’Reilly does free bulb installation with the purchase of their bulbs. I was able to purchase the bulbs but they said that they would not replace the bulb as they do not do brake lights, only headlights. I called ahead to this location after I had already purchased the bulbs and they said that they would be able to help me out. Thank you to Luis! You all saved me a lot of time, money, and stress! Great customer service at this location.

Thank you to Louis! My wife came in today for FOB batteries. Louis, helped my wife with replacing the battery in her FOB. Then he assisted her with a car battery replacement. He was honest and forthcoming with her and did not try to up-sell her. Finally he made a suggestion on the best product to clean the seats in her car. false advertising! they state and say they'll price match any competitor. even online sites. this had started in 2018 fast forward to now all of a sudden, they have stopped price matching online competitors. this doesn't put them in a good position because they don't have a start and stop date posted on their policy it just abruptly changed in 2023 to local auto parts stores. and did not let their consumers know and or have it as a warning that they do not price match online competitors/stores. AutoZone also has the same issue and so do other franchises. POINT HERE IS DONT KEEP FALSE ADVERTISING AND WHEN A CUSTOMER CALLS IN AND ASKS IF YOU PRICE MATCH ROCKAUTO DO NOT SAY "YES" BECAUSE IS A WASTE OF TIME WHEN THE PERSON DRIVES TO THE STORE TO GET WHAT THEY GOTTEN TOLD THROUGH THE PHONE AND THEN THE IN PERSON WORKER SAYS "NO WE DONT PRICE MATCH" ITS ALL "HE SAID, SHE SAID, THEY SAID" UNPROFESSIONAL
