Pulled out my entire emergency brake because it was “rusting” and didn’t bother to replace it. Took weeks for just a normal brake replacement and yet they were squeaking immediately when I drove off. I ended up having to go somewhere else to have all new brakes put on less than 10k miles later. Charged an exponential amount only for me to have to go somewhere else to have their shoddy work fixed anyway. I received a call saying my car was ready to be picked up, but when I showed up less than an hour later, the shop wasn’t even open. I had to wait in the parking lot for 25 minutes before he came back and said “oh sorry I had to pick up my kids.” ??? Then why tell me to come get it if you’re not going to be there? Just terrible service overall and would never recommend.
