I was super impressed with the Pep Boys in Long Beach, Mississippi when I purchased a full set of tires there a month ago. The Cooper tires were a great cost and quality. I especially liked that they do a multi point evaluation of your vehicle and give you recommendations for maintenance needs. Plus, because I got the tires there, they sent a 15% off services coupon in email. Very professional starting from the front office all the way into the garage. I definitely recommend this location as the service and honestly of the techs is on point. I thought I could trust my car dealership (J Allen Toyota ) when they said my breaks were gonna need to be replaced soon. So I went here ready to pay and my tech was Jesus who said my pads were almost new and my rotors were completely fine. I don’t need any work done. Never trust a dealership, go to this pep boys for true honesty where they care more about reputation than money. I attached a picture they gave me so you can see how thick my break pads still are. I had a terrible experience at the Biloxi Pep Boys. I arrived at 8:45 AM, and the manager told me to return at 12:30 PM due to being backed up. When I returned, another employee interrupted me while I was explaining my situation and responded with a dismissive attitude. I waited for the manager, who brushed off my complaint, saying, "Well, I didn’t see it," instead of addressing the unprofessional behavior. It wasn’t about the wait time—it was the poor customer service and lack of accountability that made me cancel my appointment. I won’t be returning.★☆☆☆☆ a month ago
