My vehicle was broken down in Post, where another shop told me the engine was bad. After a recommendation from a friend I called Wrench Em and they arranged a wrecker to bring the car to their shop. A starter and bad fuel injector were replaced. The vehicle is now back on the road. The best part i was out of town, and they were able to drop the vehicle off at a relatives house for me.

My daughter was in town from Kansas City, Missouri, and enrolling at Texas Tech University. Her car overheated and went into reduced power mode. Obviously, it wasn’t going to be driven back to Kansas City anytime soon, and I read Google reviews of auto repair shops near Texas Tech, and wrench Em came up with the highest rating. I called Rocky and his wife. We had the vehicle towed at a very reasonable rate to their shop, they diagnosed it as a pretty extensive internal engine water pump and timing chain assembly repair. I then travel down to Lubbock to pick my daughter and wife up, as we left the car with Wrench Em. Within a few days, Rocky contacted us with the cost estimate for the repair. Based on what I googled about the said repair as far as parts and labor hours to complete it, It was very fair and reasonable and told him to proceed. Very long story short a week or so later we drove back to Lubbock, stayed overnight pick the car up and drove it straight back to Kansas City with absolutely no issues. 11 hours, in temperatures of around 100-107 the entire way home. I left my 2013 Ford Escape with them overnight for a broken sway bar and a busted tire bearing. They were very communicative about what the repair would cost and what they’d check for, and even called around to other part vendors to see if they could get them in faster so I could make it into work on time. I received a call the night I dropped it off, saying that it would be done the next day, and it has never driven smoother. They even reattached my under-shield, which had fallen off a while ago. All together, an absolutely excellent experience and I will definitely be taking my car here if it has any problems in the future.

We were making a long trip through Texas and we’re having issues with our trucks DEF system, we got stuck in limp mode and couldn’t go over 65 anymore. Rocky and the crew at wrench em were so kind and checked out our truck right when we brought it in and were able to diagnose the issue in the system. They were great and gave us all the info and didn’t pressure us into any decisions of what to get done, but let us make our mind up based on all the info. They ended up changing some sensors and put in a new pump and the rig is back up and running! Everyone there was so nice and understanding of the hurry we were in. The people here felt genuine and trustworthy and we are grateful for their help! :)

Lifesavers! We were traveling and had an issue with our charging system. They got us in and able to make our next destination the next morning. They were friendly, helpful and reasonably priced. I had such a good experience here! I called up and spoke with Rocky about getting my car fixed and he said to bring it in 1st thing in the morning. I got there bright and early and they started working on my car right away. They had it fixed up so quickly! Erin and Rocky were so friendly and helpful. By far the best mechanic shop I have dealt with in many years. I showed up with an issue and being from out of town that immediately helped me so I could get back in the road. Rocky is very knowledgeable and pricing was really fair. Isiah was the mechanic that did most of the work and he was phenomenal. Everyone there was very professional and courteous. Erin and Rocky are the absolute best. We went to a different mechanic that kept our vehicle for 6 weeks, and returned car in worse shape. We were referred to Wrench Em and they were amazing. Answered all of our calls and texts and made sure the vehicle was perfect before allowing us to pick it up. Hope to not be a regular, but will definitely go back for any future needs. I could not recommend this shop more! I called around for what I thought would be major repair involving our Dodge journey and was met with shops just saying bring it in and they’d diagnose but the repair time could be a few weeks. Here, the owner Rocky took time to discuss my concerns over the phone and was confident they could diagnose the exact cause of the issues and have it repaired quickly. My husband had also repaired several things on the car himself and they took time to discuss his thought process to his diagnosis of the vehicle issues, we’ve never had a shop be so receptive and actually listen to us so intently before even bringing the vehicle in! We dropped our vehicle off and it was repaired within 2 days! There were several issues and they were incredibly thorough and kept us informed every step of the way! We weren’t able to have all repairs completed at that time due to financial strain but took our vehicle back a few weeks later to have everything completed and it was fixed within a few hours!

Had my Duramax fuel system diagnosed here, second place I brought it to just to verify the issue. They were quick, professional, affordable, and trust worthy. Only way they could have earned that 5th star is if they had sent out the quote I asked for to do the repairs before the weekend hit and the shop was closed as I am trying to have my vehicle submitted into a shop for repairs early Monday. Friendly staff, good people. To their credit, their shop was loaded up and they looked quite busy! I still look forward to that quote and I hope their family has a great weekend!

I called Rocky for work to be done on my 2006 Ford E-450 and he didn't hesitate to offer help. He told us to swing by first thing in the morning and they would have a look at it. Unfortunately when I went to drive my truck over that following morning it wouldn't start. I called Rocky to let him know and even though he doesn't normally provide mobile services, he still offered to swing by to help get it started. I greatly appreciate his willingness to help, he was nice, worked with haste, and he seemed very knowledgeable and experienced. While I am not from the Lubbock area, if I was, I would not hesitate to bring my truck back to have it looked at by Rocky. This is a shop I can feel comfortable and confident in leaving my truck with!

Took it in for a coolant leak. They give it back and said nothing is wrong with it. I take it back again because it was still leaking coolant. They fix the coolant leak and try to give me my car back with a flat. Try to tell me i am liable to fix the tire. After a little bit of an argument they agree to fix the tire. I finally get the car back in working condition and my ac isn’t cooling when it was working perfectly fine before i handed them the car. I highly recommend german car owners not to take there car to this shop
