PRO DIAGNOSTICS! I took my car to two other shops to fix my brake light, one pushed to change the tiree rotors and brakes for $1300 and other for $900. The owner here told me it was only a bad brake sensor and fixed the issue instantly. Thanks, will be back.

Almost everyone here talks about how "honest" this people are at this shop and how "amazing" they are, but the truth is that XL Auto Repair is a full of Dishonest and liars. I took my SUV couple moths ago for synthetic change oil and replacement of filters and I end up paying for all the service and they never even bother to put 1qt of oil in the engine of my SUV. 2 weeks later the computer of my SUV send me a message that I need it to do an oil change soon, so I stop the car and checked the measurement of the oil and there was not a single drop of oil in the engine; I called Gloria and explained to her what was happening and how frustrating I was to find out about this, so She came hours later to where I have my automobile parked and brought me 3 qt of synthetic oil and drop 2 bottles of oil into the engine... Her explanations was: "that maybe my SUV was burning oil" and that was the reason why the SUV didn't have a single drop of oil in the engine, 2 weeks after I took my SUV to this shop. Well, after this incident I continue checking the label of the oil in my automobile ever other day until today 09-14-23 and the oil level still the same, there is not burning oil or anything similar to that. I called Gloria again, since she is the one who took my car in and I told her that it was obvious that the person who was working on my car never put any oil or change the oil and that the engine almost broke down, but of course, Gloria and Mr. Khan the owner of the shop denied that anyone at the shop will do anything like that... Yea, Sure. So everyone here can say "amazing what ever" about this place but the reality is the opposite. After all, I paid $529,00 dls for nothing, I end up taking my automobile somewhere else to do the oil change for a lat less that what I paid at this DISHONEST SHOP. So, don't be surprise if you take your automobile to this dishonest shop and a week later you find out there is something else going on with your automobile different from what you took your automobile in the first place. Im sure after XL auto repair people will read this review they will give me a "like" because they have no other way to explain themselves. Thank you for reading this review, it may help you in the future. Note: do I really need to give them one "start" to be able to send this review?

Man of his word, Mr Khan. i had my completely replaced by them at half the cost from what several business quoted me. This is 100% legit business without all the greediness. Mr Khan stood by his word and completed the repairs within the estimated quote even though the quote was about one month old. I totally trust these guys this the my go to service center for my car. Mr. Khan, thank you so much and your team, also, the Hispanic female that works in his office. she is great in remembering their clients and their quotes and the moment when i stepped in to the ir office, she recognized me and pulled a month old quote for the repairs i had requested.. These guys are a gem. They did great work on my car and now i can drive in Houston's summer days without having to sweat in my car, with my ac blowing ice cold air. This place is a Gem 💎. My car was in, and out within 48 hours. 3 different repairs done on my chevy malibu, and not only that but the price was incredibly more affordable then previous shops i went too. I would definitely stop on in here, and speak with Khan. This man is a honest, and nice man to do business with. I Will 100% be coming back when ever I need anything done with my car 🚗

I rarely write reviews, especially auto, but I would be dishonest to myself if I didn’t write this review. I took my car this morning to XL AUTO REPAIR & COLLISION to get a second opinion on my car's door alignment issue after getting an estimate from a famous nationwide auto body shop and painting company. One of the doors wasn't closing correctly. Mr. Khan took the car to give an estimate and returned it to me after 15 minutes, saying that the car had been fixed. I asked him how much I owed him, and he said nothing. I insisted I must pay something, but he refused, saying it wasn’t a lot of work. As the many reviews here, he is such an honest man. XL AUTO REPAIR & COLLISION will be my go-to repair place.

My previous interaction left me with a negative impression due to the unprofessional conduct of the owner who assisted me. Specifically, I found their demeanor to be rude and inconsiderate, lacking the basic tenets of good customer service. This unfortunately was not an isolated incident, as I had been previously warned about this individual's approach.
