I stopped by late in the day hoping to find a good price on a set of tires.Not only did they give me a great price, they threw in an alignment at a lower price than 4 other shops were asking WITHOUT the alignment. In addition to that, they jumped right on my van and got it done within 1 hour. This level of service is very rare in any industry, especially auto service. Very impressive!

I bought 4 new tires from them.. 2 have gone bad within 6 months. They said all I needed was a plug for my tire, but then I noticed all the bumps and knots on the side wall. They were about to let me drive off like that!? Thank God I checked before leaving. I brought this to the managers attention and was told that he wouldn't honor the warranty because he thinks someone "slashed" my tire. There's no proof of anyone slashing my tire.. but there is proof of bumps and knots on the tire, which is under the warranty. After paying over $500 for new tires, all I ask is for honest business. I could have driven off the lot and lost my life. All bcs he didn't want to honor the warranty and give me 1 new tire. At least offer some accommodation. I'm not sure what the managers name was today, but he's not qualified for customer service or sales. He's about 5'7", good-sized belly and a bald spot.

A few months ago I paid for some break pads and a rotor. They charged me about 350$ to replace a few parts to resolve a squealing noise when i press my breaks. Well I left pretty happy until I took my wheel off a month later to find they did nothing. Same old rotors, same Clips on my breaks, and same break pads. I believe they squirted some WD40 on it after lifting my car up and called it a day. I would not recommend this place.

Deep disappointment following the maintenance service on my vehicle. After the replacement of the tires and the braking system, the workshop failed to perform a wheel alignment — an essential step — which is unacceptable. After I complained and returned to the garage, I had to wait three hours before someone finally bothered to look into my case. This lack of professionalism, communication, and respect for the customer’s time is unacceptable.

I had my boyfriend take my car to them because I had never had any problems with getting an oil change from there before . Well they was supposed to be checking for the problem for $49.95 and if I wanted to I could pay for the repair minus the diagnostic test which was $49.95 , well they said they had found the problem and it was 2 relay switches so even though we just wanted a diagnostic test they went ahead and changed the to switches so I didn’t complain because they needed to be changed accordin to them. When I got my car back it was still doing the same thing not starting up. I be damn if I didn’t take my car back only for them to tell me it’s the starter and they110% sure of it ,so when I asked them why did they change the relay switches and charged me they said it was a process of elimination I said but you told me it was the relay switches and I told them that before they got my money they said it was the relay switch and basically I was just out of $161 dollars with the same problem, then they said well we can change the starter for another $360. I said what about the $161 I just paid can you take that off the repair since you said that the relay switches were bad and they wasn’t they said no the best I can do for you is $350.wow I want be needing there services anymore that was a rip off.

I would strongly advise against using this shop. Based on my experience, the owner’s business practices raise serious concerns regarding honesty and transparency. Customers should exercise extreme caution and thoroughly research part pricing before agreeing to any repairs. Many automotive parts include a core charge, yet it appears customers may be billed the full amount while the core is returned, allowing the shop to significantly reduce its actual cost while charging inflated prices. Additionally, labor charges approaching $1,000 are excessive and unjustifiable for the work performed. There are also concerns regarding professionalism and qualifications, as not all mechanics working at this shop appear to be properly certified. Overall, this business lacks the trustworthiness and standards customers should expect from a professional automotive repair facility. And this is coming from a certified diesel mechanic!! Please price other shops before taking your car here and spending your hard earned money with these people....

⚠️ Warning for Anyone Visiting This Oil Service! I went here to get my car’s oil changed using my own oil and oil filter, but their customer service was terrible. The staff tried to mislead me with unknown brand names, and even attempted to hike prices, despite me bringing my own items. On top of that, they insisted that my brakes and tires were “not good”, which was completely unnecessary. It’s clear the technicians are not well-trained. Advice for others: • Always check the oil type and products they’re using. • Verify prices before handing over your car. • Be cautious — this place seems more focused on upselling and scamming than providing proper service. If you value your car, avoid Xpress Auto Care at all costs. I called on 9/26 to schedule struts and aftermarket lowering springs. They told me to come in the next day, 9/27. When I arrived, the so-called mechanic immediately started revving my engine like a teenager showing off in a parking lot reckless, unnecessary, and a huge red flag. Then, after putting my car on the lift, they admitted they didn’t even own the spring compression tool needed for the job they had already agreed to do. Think about that: they’ll take your appointment, waste your time, and only then confess they’re not equipped to handle the work. This place is a joke! Polite at the counter, but once you’re in the garage, it’s clear they’re unprofessional, unprepared, and not qualified to do the jobs they promise. Trust me, there are plenty of shops out there who respect your time, your money, and your car. This isn’t one of them. Updated Review: After I left my initial review about my experience, the owner personally reached out to me asking that I remove it because reviews like mine can be “damaging” to their business. To me, that raises even more concern. Instead of addressing the issue with better service, they wanted the review taken down. I can’t help but wonder how many other customers have been contacted in the same way, and how many negative reviews never see the light of day because of this pressure. If the business put as much effort into honest repairs and professionalism as they do into trying to manage their reputation, my experience might have been very different. I stand firm on my reviews and will not be persuaded to change or remove them. Do better!
