I purchased a Groupon deal for a full synthetic oil change. When I got there I asked for a specific oil spec for my 2014 VW TDI (5w30 VW 507.00) Not only did I have to pay additional fees which were not disclosed prior to them starting the job, but also they did not use the correct oil spec, causing the motor to have low oil pressure. When I brought it up to the guys working there, they said I should go buy the oil from a store and come back so they can change it out again. Leading me to think they are using recycled oil. When I asked if they would reimburse me for the cost of the additional oil they said no. All in all, terrible experience. I’m never going back to that shop again.
