Great place you can trust with your vehicle. I have been bringing my car to this place since 2016. I started with state inspection and then started coming here for small to medium issues. I always get a great service and very affordable. They are honest about your car issues and do recommend any fix required but dont push it. Their location is also convenient for many people in this area. Overall a great place to take care of your vehicle.

Absolutely rude service. No greeting, no courtesy. Instead of explaining what was needed with the insurance, he immediately raised his voice at me, saying he’s “not a mayor,” and even tossed the insurance proof sheet at me. I went to another provider right after, and they walked me through the steps, collected the insurance information properly, and provided excellent service. Stay away from this place!

I got the front break pads done from here and they did a pretty bad job, after a week bolts came off (not sure how a mechanic overlook bolt fittings after the job) after from breakpads and calipers started making rattling noise that lead to wheel bearing broke and they quoted $350+ for one side 😔

Very dishonest and pushy mechanics. I went in for a simple car inspection using a Groupon coupon. When I asked about the wait, I was told it would be about 30 minutes and the inspection would cost $18.50. When I mentioned my coupon, they suddenly said I needed an appointment. After I pointed out that nothing indicated an appointment was required, they finally told me to have a seat and they would take care of it. While waiting, I noticed another customer being told she needed an engine coolant flush/refill and was offered a “special discount” of $20 off. This raised a red flag for me. Once my inspection was complete, they asked me to come out to the bay and showed me that my car supposedly had no engine coolant. Conveniently, they offered me the exact same “deal” — a flush and refill for $89 with a $20 discount. Something didn’t sit right with me, and I felt like I was being pressured into unnecessary services. I declined, went to another shop, and was told all I needed was to simply add coolant — nothing close to the expensive flush/refill they were pushing. To me, this felt very dishonest and predatory, especially toward customers who may not know better. It left me with the impression that they try to upsell or even create problems just to make money.

I had the most amazing experience here yesterday. I was actually going to the place next door, where the gentleman, who I could barely understand, told me his machine was down and didn't know of anyone close by who could help me!!! Seriously??? Anyway, so Xpress was literally a stone throw away lol. When I pulled up, the manager/owner noticed my handicapped placard and saw my transferring from a shoe to a boot, so he allowed me to park right in front of the building. I just needed the emissions test to get my registration. Not a single person tried to push any additional jobs or parts on me. The service was super fast, professional, and the manager/owner was so very kind! Loved that they had cold water bottles too!! Thank you guys so much again for your kindness and swift yet proper work!! I will certainly be back in the future!!

I went to this shop for a simple state inspection, expecting a routine and honest service. Unfortunately, my experience was the exact opposite. During the process, the staff removed/stole my air filter and then tried to convince me that I needed to purchase a new one along with additional unnecessary services. This type of behavior is unethical and predatory. Instead of providing the service I came in for, they tried to take advantage of me by creating problems that didn’t exist. It’s extremely disappointing to see a business operate this way, especially when customers trust them with their vehicles. On top of that, the lack of transparency and professionalism shows that they are more interested in upselling and making money than in providing honest, quality service. I want to warn other customers: please be cautious if you consider going here. Based on my experience, I cannot trust this shop, and I will never return. There are plenty of other auto shops that value integrity and treat customers with respect — this is not one of them.

The waiting area is filthy. The bathroom has cobwebs on the floor, as an indicator of how often they clean and there are no paper towels. If it hadn't been an emergency, I absolutely would have not used it. There's an empty water bottle near the toilet for some reason. They have a huge bottle of soap on the floor but none in the soap dispenser. Thankfully I carry my own. I bought a Groupon for rear brake service and he tells me that I have to pay a difference of $19 for the brake pads. I told him the Groupon was specifically for rear brake pads so why do I have to pay extra for them. Them he changed the answer and said that my vehicle requires PREMIUM brake pads and the Groupon only includes STANDARD brake pads. They could tell everyone that they require premium brake pads and who would be the wiser? Also how does the costumer know that they put premium brakes on the car?

Work here is quick. Got Brake rotors and pads changed, Turbo wastegate actuator changed on Hyundai Sonata turbo. I had a great experience here. The staff are professional, honest, and explained the problem clearly before starting any work. My car has been running perfectly fine. It’s hard to find mechanics you can truly trust, but this place definitely earns it. I highly recommend needing reliable car repairs or maintenance work on Ford, Toyota, Hyundai ect. Get it here.

I have been looking for honesty for two yrs since moving to Texas. On Wednesday I seen this shop across from where I was going, decided to stop and check it out. Found the most honest and caring guy. His work is guaranteed and does a great job. Shows u the parts and tells u the problem. He will work with u and give u the best deal possible. Please if u need a car mechanic make him your guy!
