Love these guys! Sam, Moe, Randall and Pops are the best! They have done so much work on my Jeep recently, they know my car when they see it. I trust them, and know they're not just trying to get more out of me. They will show you what/where the problem is and will work with you on pricing. They are a full service repair shop.

I will say I respect reputable service when doing business with anyone. I went in with my daughter after an issue arose (,they gave my daughter an oil change and didn't secure the pan by the time she made it to her next destination all the oil had leaked out the car) and I spoke with the manager and the employee and they literally did everything necessary to resolve the issue I had (they were aware of what they had did they wasn't expecting me to be there the next morning when they reopened). They ordered parts explained each procedure and made sure I was completely satisfied (because they knew what they had did). Them taking time out to resolve each of my concerns while educating me in the process was calming. They taught me a lesson on humility. I highly recommend this business because they definitely showed compassion to me and my daughter (they made a mistake and went out of their way to fix it to make sure I was satisfied). It was a beautiful experience. If an establishment messes up your vehicle I highly recommend you go back to the same establishment and get it fixed. Free of charge.

This has always been my go-to shop. They’ve always been upfront, honest, and very helpful in diagnosing the issues. When BMW was charging thousands for car repairs. The guys stepped in and had my BMW towed for me, kept it for a day and my car was quickly back to normal. 10/10 would recommend. ❤️

This was my first time at Kwik Kar and I was helped by Sam. I originally came in for a state inspection, but Sam also pointed out a couple of things that needed attention on my car. I appreciated how thorough and honest he was, so I went ahead and had a full service done. While I waited, Sam kept me updated on the progress and explained the costs in detail so there were no surprises. His professionalism, clear communication, and excellent customer service really stood out. Because of this experience, we’ll definitely be bringing our cars here for future services and repairs. This place has amazing customer service. The waiting room is okay. It doesn't matter when they move so quickly on your vehicle with proficiency! My car always runs smoother. They don't hassle you with unnecessary repairs and offer preventative maintenance without pressuring you (unless your vehicle absolutely needs it & they can't guarantee your satisfaction!). You can always do it the next time you visit.

Please don't go here unless you are desperate to save a minimal amount of cash. My credit score took a hit which is why I wasn't able to get a new car for the longest time and kept having to get my old car repaired. The guy repairing my car told me I should get a new car since this one kept needing work. I told him it wasn't just a car issue but a shop issue too. This shop has consistently underestimated how much work my car has needed and I have had to keep asking them to check further until they found more issues that needed checking, which I was always right about. This guy kept arguing with me about how he was right and it was a car issue and that I needed a new one despite me telling him I couldn't get one even if I wanted to. Like, just tell me what my estimate is and get on with it! Even after I asked him for the estimate to stop the arguing he made sure to slide in another comment. These people do not listen and do not like being challenged it seems. I have been treated like I was stupid before at this store as well. Not sure if it's because I'm younger or because I'm a woman. Their general customer service is horrible too. On other occasions, they have forgotten to call me with updates and I've had to call them multiple times. This is the last time I'm going here. Hopefully I'll find a better shop or a new car soon!

I had pulled in to the Kwik Kar on independence parkway in plano and attempted to redeem a Groupon discount. I was met with one of the guys who did the oil change at one of the stalls. He said he's got me right away until I showed him the Groupon I was redeeming. In a condescending way he told me he can't help me that I need to schedule an appointment that it's explained in the coupon description and I said ok no problem as I read through the description. After I read the description, I told him ok then I will set up an appointment and come back tomorrow and in a disrespectful tone he sort of laughed and said it doesn't work that way. Excuse me? What the heck is wrong with people these days? He has no idea who I am and just straight up thinks he can be rude and disrespectful? Who is paying this guy to be employed there? He proceeded to tell me that it doesn't work that way and he's got me right now. I said no tha ks I am fine I'll schedule the appointment and come back and he argued with me that he's got me now after telling me he can't take care of me with the Groupon. I said, how does that make sense that you can't fit me in if I called to schedule for now, since the Groupon said it works for same day appointment but He can fit me in now with no Groupon??? He then rudely walks off as I asked for his name and he said "don't worry about it" and walked off....what the hell??? What is wrong with these companies today. I'm a veteran and I will pass the word. He wouldn't give me his name but he was a tall l, chubby, curly haired, guy and may have been middle eastern.

If I could give them six stars I would. They were fast efficient reasonable. I even got a quote for another part. That’s falling apart and he was 200 less than the quote I got elsewhere. It’s got cute little lights outside and a little swing you can sit in, but you can’t even get comfortable. That’s how fast they are. I highly recommend them ask for Sam. He was very honest. I’ll definitely go back from my oil changes and that other part that I need.
