My Infiniti QX80 needed a new starter and they did a great job! Trey was very responsive. The repair was smooth no issues, I feel they are an honest reliable shop. I will be going back! Claudia was very friendly and caring as well. My car was at home and wouldn't start, I told them I would try to get it up there. She called back later to check on me, and after the repair texted to make sure we were happy with the repairs. Great shop!

Before going to Xtra Mile I hired a different mechanic to work on my vehicle. He had the car for weeks and when I finally got it back, it was in worse condition than when I brought it to him. I took it to Xtra Mile to see if they could fix what the other mechanic had done. Aaron was confident he could get it up and running again. He did what he promised! My car is running perfectly. This is the most honest and courteous shop you will find. I won't take my car to anyone but Xtra Mile from here on out.

Since moving from NY (had my own repair shop there), I could not find a reliable/ dependable/ affordable and decent shop I could send my vehicles to until a colleague referred me to Aaron's place. Been ripped off many a times at other so called "specialists" in Dallas (often knowingly- cause I had no other options), but I can attest to a "job well done" and my car is as good as new since it was repaired at Xtra Mile. I was updated and informed of all work done ahead of time and knew what to expect in terms of the bill which was quite reasonable for the amount of parts and labor involved (My own shop in NY would have charged at least 30% more just to be able to keep the lights on!) Thank you Aaron and the crew at Xtra mile Automotive.
