Save your money, your time, and your blood pressure. I promise, you don’t want to do business here unless you’re real talented with haggling and meditation. Be warned.

Not info.related. parts from several vehicles can interchange by vehicle specifications or aka vin. So typically i don't need to be told a part won't work i just wish to purchase a part not 20 points of i don't know. Sorry that doesn't work 4 me as a automotive technician. So no i am not happy with i can't sale it to you because it won't fit.

Went to pickup parts for a EF Civic hatch. They had 3 of them in the yard. I needed a bumper, a manual window regulator, and a wiper arm for the hatch window. They wanted $300 for the front bumper. The bumper they had was cracked and damaged and needed repairs, so I passed on it. I figured with sick bad prices, I would just get the wiper arm, and get the window regulator from online. However, they also had a minimum purchase amount, so I ended up getting the regulator and wiper arm. They pulled the parts and handed them to me, I took them home to install and.. they pulled the parts from the wrong car. There are several differences between the 88, 89-90, and 91 year models, not to mention the Civic CR-X, and some pieces you can't see the difference until you try to install. So when you tell someone which car you need the part for, there might be a reason. Not even worth driving all the way back Overall, 1 star for my experience.

I have used Import Auto about 4 or 5 times over several years and they have always had what I needed. If they don't have it used, he can get usually get it new for much less expensive than O'Reilly's or Autozone. I highly recommend. Just do your research and know what part to ask for when you call otherwise communication will be difficult.

Went in for an air box resonator for my project honda and the guy wanted $60 dollars and would not even give me a chance to make a reasonable offer. To put this into perspective this is a hollow plastic box that reduces noise in your engine bay. Nothing spectacular about it. Just a plastic box. When I tried to dispute the ludicrous price his response was "I gotta make money." Never wasting my time here again

My son, who is an Air Force officer, had a rim on his car break near Denton on 4/20/24. He was on his way from OKC to Amarillo. I live in phx. I took a chance and called this establishment to find a wheel for his car. These people could not have been any nicer to talk with and help with the issue. They found him a wheel, threw in a tire and got him on his way for a really nominal charge. Kudos to these guys.

I went to this salvage yard looking for a rim for my Nissan. No luck the first time. I went back a week later. Found a rim and the tire on it was in great condition! I replaced the donut spare I wore out with one that has never been used. BONUS. That was a 5 star day for me. Great job. Keep up the good work!!!

Very impressed with this place. I called up there asking for a stabilizer bar for a truck. The guy put me on hold and came back and verified that they had several trucks that had stabilizer bars that were in good condition. He even said that I could go back to the lot and look at the vehicles and make sure I was happy with which one I chose. He answered all of my questions, he was able to help me find another part based upon a picture of the engine that I showed him. Great customer service. They take the parts off for you so you don't have to worry about bringing your own tools. Very glad that I have this place close to me and I don't have to drive all the way to Dallas for a Pick-n-Pull

Great experience. Saw an add on Marketplace for an engine I needed. Asked if it was available and price. Honest, knowledgeable and friendly environment. Devin walked me to the vehicle and it was a perfect healthy engine. They pulled it the same day for me. They have some gems in their lot. I will definitely come back for an anything else that would be needed for my Civic. I appreciate y’all very much for the service!!

Out of all the shady companies out there, I applaud this one for not attempting to hide it. They are unapologetically self serving and have zero interest in providing quality service to retain repeat customers. They’ll tell you straight up, they don’t care. I put a deposit down for some body panels, on a handshake deal to come back in a couple weeks, finish paying and take my parts. One month later, after having to re prioritize my finances, I receive a call demanding I pick the parts up this week or lose my deposit. I was told, by the same person who just called me, if I don’t take the parts my deposit will be refunded. Now I’m told it will not be. This same yard wanted to sell me torn and battered fender liner for 2x retail cost of the same part brand new. Absolutely rude and stand-offish owners. The only respectable person there is the guy who took the parts off the junker for me. Best of luck to y’all, enjoy your dirty hundred bucks. May you find peace and all the money for which your grubby fingers yearn.

THE most honest and smart person when it comes to reliability of used vehicles. If you buy a car from this man or this place, he will help you fix it if something goes wrong. And that is a big "IF." Because nothing likely will ever go wrong! I just had to say something.

Guy behind the desk was impatient and seriously could use some customer service skills. Had been in communication with someone at the yard about a vehicle that was being parted out but when we came out to view the vehicle it had been sold. The least the person I was in contact with could have done was let me know and save us the trip.

This business is now owned by wild rose salvage co, their hours are a little off since they don’t have access to the google business page, I came after hours (a couple of times) due to the mix up, but Jimmy went above and beyond to help me get what I needed ultimately. Good little yard and great service just make sure you call & verify their hours of operation before heading over!
