“Chuck” at the front desk is rude. I’ve heard hellos and good mornings spoken to him. He chooses to not speak back. That’s his choice. But, as a representative of the YMCA, I find it offensive. There is also no convenient parking. I have to pay $1.00 or more a day, that I work out here plus my membership.

This is the most unique YMCA I’ve ever been to. It’s not huge, but the building is amazing. It was designed by a close relative of Kurt Vonnegut actually, and was designed after a German style of community center that offered a space for physical health (the gym), food, and entertainment. It’s still currently all of that under one very old roof. The woodwork inside is beautiful. I took a yoga class upstairs that I really enjoyed.

My favorite little YMCA! Parking is around the corner so you have to walk, be sure to ask for a pass at the front desk. I recommend parking on the street your first time. Layout is a little weird, but if you're trying to get in a serious workout it beats Irsay by a mile (because its not ridiculously crowded). I like it!

It’s awesome! Friendly, clean, leaders are making sure that you do the exercises properly. They offer so much! 100%fun!
