Is a great car Wash you can run your car twice in a day if it's that dirty very easy to sign up free vacuums never that crowded as well as it does a good job cleaning your car there are three levels of car washes you can get for the money inconvenience as I live nearby it is well worth it.

Great customer service!!! They assist with payment so you’re not stretching out of your car. The wash is good price. I got my six cable sucked when I was cleaning the inside of my car. I just old one of the workers nearby and he was so great! I understand if I never get it back but he really did all he could to give best service! I called in the next day just to see if he found it and he did! Super positive guy his name is Carlos!

As much as I liked the convenience & cost of Zaroo, I am going with 1 Star. The young lady directing customers into the wash today was very confused, her direction caused our car to become stuck at one point. I had to step out of the car at one point to ask for clarification, she responded "they were clear, but whatever". Our car became wedged in at the start & the wash came to a stop 3 times, as the car was forced through the process.

I haven't had the opportunity to wash my car here as of yet but I give them a five star review for a reason. The thing is I was recommended to come here for recycling and discovered quite a few benefits: Single wash $9 Monthly wash available starting at $20.00 Young and friendly staff. Plenty of parking spaces to vacuum car. Trash cleaned out very often. Restroom is clean. Location is across from Santa Ana College, McDonald's & Denny's plaza with 17th Street and Bristol. It's at the opposite end of the Skechers block. Priority Directions: Best way in is going west on 17th Street and turn right on Baker Street. Entrance will be on the second driveway. Directions: Alternate way in is if you're on Bristol going north. Go through the 17th intersection and turn right behind Skechers. Directions: Alternate way in is if you're on 17th Street going east. Turn left on Bristol and make an immediate right turn behind Skechers. Benefits: Taco truck on the premises most days of the week.

Love this place. If you have 5-10 minutes and want to wash your car and vacuum the interior, this is the place. Super helpful employees always there if it's your first time or need help. Washes cost $5-$12. Won't leave swirl Mark's in your paint, and vacuums are free.

Save your $$$$!!!! I paid for the $13 wash and it washed half of my car. Barely had any soap and water pressure was very low. They're quality wash has gone down. They don't even "prewash" at the begging like before.

Been coming here for years. This time my hood ornament got blown off during the wash in the dryer section and broke. Went to their office to see if they will cover a replacement since this hood ornament is still new since i had my old one stolen. Basically got laughed out of there. They just kept telling me that it was loose and that theres nothing they can do Told me its my fault. If i could give a 0 I would.

They charge $9 for regular wash and $13 regular wash with “tire shine” however, “tire shine” DOESN’T EVEN WORK, they charge an extra $4 for LITERALLY nothing. They also barely use any soap! Go somewhere else to wash your car, honestly.

I have a monthly membership here and if not for the free microfiber towels, 2 minute distance, and tire dressing, this place may not be worth it. It's outdated and the wash isn't all that great because compared to other locations, I find myself drying a lot more. The air dryers aren't really doing their job. It could be the set up needs some adjusting, but I still do have to spend more time on the outside. The crew is professional and pretty responsive to your requests...which leads me to my next rating deduction. If my membership includes tire dressing, why do I have to pause working on my car to go find someone to request that dressing!? It's a pain, especially when someone is not available. I've left a few times without that tire dressing. It's annoying because I that was a perk that led me to purchase that membership. But overall for me, distance, extras, and a professional and responsive crew makes me keeping the membership worthwhile - for now!

Thier entry to the car wash is too tight, especially if you have a large vehicle. Im sure many others have complained, i could see the marks of cars hitting as they try to turn in. My recommendation to the owner is just to bite the bullet and just fix this problem. I assume they will have this business for many years to come so why let customers struggle to get in.

If it was not because it is the only car wash on my daily commute I would not come. To begin with the path to go in is super tight. Then the water pressure is awful my sink has more pressure!! Don't get me started on their lack of soap!!!! Its like cars are being washed with 95% water and 5% soap!!! Then you make it to the vacuums and those are horrible!!! They have no suction power!! I thought the one I was at was broken so I moved and that hose was the same!!! Who ever is managing this car wash needs to do a better job or they will lose all their customers.

I’ve visited Zaroo Car Wash in Santa Ana several times and usually appreciate it for its convenience—you can get in and out quickly without long lines, and you’re not rushed when it comes to vacuuming your car. The vacuum stations on both sides of the car and the air pressure hoses to blow water out of rims and crevices are great features that set this place apart. However, I was disappointed during my most recent visit. As my car was going through the wash, I noticed there was very little soap used—it seemed like it relied almost entirely on high-pressure water to remove dirt and grime. My car didn’t look as clean as it usually does, which was frustrating given how consistent this place had been in the past. I still value the no-hassle experience and the layout that makes cleaning your car easy and efficient, but I hope they improve the actual wash quality going forward.
