Terrible mechanics, terrible communication, terrible receptionists. Bright two cars to fix for a timing belt & both are leaving worse than how they were brought in. They are family oriented so of course there is no one to hold them accountable. Had the car for 2 months and still couldnt fix what they messed up . One of the mechanics informed us they would give a refund if it wasnt fixed by the following friday. Friday comes they call and tell us the car is ready but when we get there the car is shaking and sounds terrible . Didn’t shake or have a sound before. Requested a refund and they said “ they don’t have it” was refusing to give her the money back . Laughing and having side conversations in a language they knew we didnt speak . Finally agreed to give the money back but claimed they had to “ bend the pipe back” but it wasnt bent when we took it . Only needed a timing belt change so if it was bent it was due to their negligence . 0/10 .

The whole Family was so nice and professional, caring, helpful and honest especially their prices were very cheap compared to other mechanics in Vegas. This shop deserves no stars. I took my car to the shop hoping that they could fix it and trusting the fact that these people are actually mechanics. I drove away from this shop two times and both times I was not able to make it all the way home. I asked who I thought were licensed mechanics what was wrong with my car and both times they told me there was one problem after the next. I paid full price for the service of my vehicle and both times I took the car to them nothing was fixed. I returned the car back to them a third time, they could not fix it, and then they told me that I would have to pay them money to get my car back from them if I left it on the lot. I called many times and they did not answer the phone, they purposely ignored my call. So I requested a refund, then the owner called me and said he would not give me my car back unless I paid a really high fee. I could not afford to get my car back when originally I took my car to them for them to fix it. The owner said this is something they do all the time. Warning do not take your car to this shop they are crooks.

Found this shop online on repair pal. Definitely family oriented business. Cesar/ his brother and his father worked on my car. Took my car in for air conditioning problem and also transmission maintenance. Took care of my car like it was their own car. Pointed out to me that my tires were going out and referred me to a tire shop. Took advantage of a good quote from the tire shop. And Cesar took care of it for me. I’ve got some more work to do on my car and will definitely be going back to them as my regular mechanic Thanks Zavala family!!

I purchased a Groupon and redeemed it days before my birthday at the end of March. The guy told me I couldn’t get the offer on the Groupon because my rotors actually had to be replaced (couldn’t resurface). He then said I had to pay an additional $160-180 for the rotors (only the front). my brake pads weren’t replaced because Freddy said they looked new. So for over $320 I paid for 2 rotors? My neighbor down the street works on cars and said they should’ve replaced the pads too regardless. He said new rotors need new pads and that’s why my brakes are now GRINDING. I don’t even drive much so it can’t be me. I took it back two weeks ago in April. Mr Cesar is always cool and Freddy. Cesar drove the car with me in it and said he didn’t feel or hear anything except the squeaking when you turn the wheel sometimes. He then sprayed spray on my brakes. Til this day they’re still grinding because I was told the new rotors are trying to wear into the old pads. Update: I was told as stated above that Freddy didn’t suggest replacing the pads because they looked new and only the rotors in front would be changed! Either way, THEY’RE GRINDING on top of squealing so no I won’t return!

First I would given you no star, how you took advantage of two women is Horrific!! Brought our car in tell me it’s ready than it’s not than you tell me something that is wrong with it that wasn’t!! You guys never call us what business doesn’t talk to their customers you have to go there every time 4800 dollars later my car they made worse every time you had my Sante Fe four 8 weeks 2 months finally get our car back get it inspected by other auto places rear shaft is missing, bolts are missing for all you done was all BS it would of cost us 200 dollars you charged us 4800 and took advantage of our kindness and had a car for so long I’m taking Uber to work I go by to check my car the windows are all open you say the battery is dead you had no respect how disrespectful you treated us what kind of place are you running. I expect all our money back people don’t go here if you’re a woman they just lie and take money from you over and over so disappointed in all of you!!! A shady Business Your Running!!!

I brought my BMW 7 series thinking that I would need brakes because they were squealing and met with one of the owners. He inspected the brakes and everything and told me the honest truth that I've got plenty of life left on the brakes. That tells me that you can trust these guys and I appreciate their honesty. Went there today to get my brakes done. As soon as I walked in I was helped and they started doing my brakes right away even with them having other cars to work on. Was out of there in about an hour. Now that’s great service. I live far away, but I will probably continue to use them for my vehicle needs from now on just because of the great and quick service I received. Also really good pricing compared to other shops around. I HIGHLY recommend this place. In a city full of scammer mechanics, a place like this is needed.

I went to Zavala‘s a while back to get my radiator. I had a leak and it was my radiator. They fixed it relatively quick great job. Wouldn’t go here definitely with a Groupon. Went about 2 months ago w/ Groupon for brakes and resurface rotors, they didn’t want me to buy the Groupon and said they’d honor the price cause they only get percentages of the Groupon and the gentleman complained about how low of a price the Groupon was for. Did my brakes and don’t even think they resurfaced the rotors, my brakes were not making a sound and about 2 days after being there my brakes have been squeaking with every stop and grinding with stops at very low speeds, not to mention my rims look like black rims from all the brake dust and not silver rims! They made my brakes worse and now I have to get them done again, waste of money! Stay away!
