Save yourself the time, money and sanity and go to a subaru dealership in Indy with the rest of the SIA employees. This dealership is absolutely crooked and incompetent.

Multiple trips to get no solution or fix to any of my issues including warning lights. Then attempting to force me to pay for over a thousand in repairs that were not done when I purchased the car.

Being THE CLOSEST Suburu dealership to the suburu manufacturing plant you'd think you'd get the best service at the best prices...NOPE! Just another basic dealership tho...parts and repair all cost the same as a california or Florida dealership. Really let down actually.

Did an airbag recall and just wanted them to look at my window, not do a repair. They wanted $130 to just look at it!!! Forget it. I'll find a local shop that is more reasonable:)

I took my 2019 ascent because the air bag light was on, this was last Thursday and its already Tuesday and I have to be the one calling my service adviser because he won’t call(or return my calls) text me back or anything.. since day one I asked foe a loaners car and they said they didn’t have anything available, I called today and spoke to a girl and I explained to her that I needed to know what was going on, she promised she will call me , she said she was going to find out and call me right away.. I guess she forgot because its 10 pm and I haven’t got a call🙄ohh and I told them that I didn’t have a ride to work that I needed my car asap I know they wet waiting in a part but at least call.. ohh and they want to charge me about 500 dollar because of all the labor hours they took to get the diagnosis.. this has been really stressful and annoying!

Probably the worst service center I've ever been to. Absolutely zero communication from service advisor. Apparently there is only one technician qualified to work on a Subaru engine. Really?!? ... At least that's what I'm being told. I will never own another Subaru, primarily because of this service center.

Terrible experience..... this is my 2nd poor service trip so I’m 2 for 2. Not sure why they schedule you a week out to come in l at 9am but don’t start on it until noon... have to cancel all things for the day. So if your coming here for service make sure your day is clear and you have a ride. I have a trim piece on bottom of car that takes 7 or 8 push tabs to lock into place and I know that because I crawled under the car to look and it’s a easy half hour job and if I would of known ahead of time which I should have.... I would of ordered the parts and done it myself and not have to waste my whole day. If I could chose a half star I would but 1 is as low as I can go.

The service was as expected, and I have no issues with the oil change and coolant flush. The technician did, however, recommend services without checking if they needed to be done. Such as the tire rotation that was "recommended". It was 6 months ago and wasn't required at the time because the tires are wearing in evenly. Nor was the brake flush that was also recommended (it was also done 6 months ago) or even the evaporative system cleaning. For those who aren't aware they clean the radiator, ac evaporator, and the condenser. Which on my car wasn't needed because the AC performs as expected. I went to a dealership for my coolant flush because I wanted Subaru coolant due to the additives Subaru has put in the coolant. Bob Rohrman Service Center uses Valvoline fluids. While I trust Valvoline with everything on my vehicle, I wanted Subaru coolant because of the head gasket issues that the boxer engine faces. My biggest issue with this dealership is with the survey they asked me to fill out after the services were completed. I was told by the person who called me that I would receive a $25 gas card for a good survey. So, I asked what did she mean by a good survey and I was told, "Anything lower than a 9 is considered failing." I am sure that the reviews go to Subaru themselves as a way to rank dealerships and not to Google Maps but, in my mind if they are bribing people for "good surveys" how can I trust their integrity? Buying positive reviews from customers is unethical and the lady on the phone even admitted to that. At least the Service Center Advisors and the lady who called about the survey have integrity and morals.

This review is really from Harriet Smith. I had my 2012 Forester in for an oil change, front brake service and questions about oil consumption. Jenny is my service consultant and she is excellent. She is knowledgeable, efficient, professional, courteous and so kind to clients. She was in touch with the technician who worked on my car and communicated with me on a regular basis. Recommendations were made about being able to wait on brake pads til next oil change, which I appreciate, and also doing an oil consumption study to figure out why I had to add 2qts of oil between oil changes. I didn't meet the technician who worked on my car but am trusting he has done a good job. I always receive great service and car care from Rohrman Subaru.

I called in a panic to get my car looked at, because it was stalling on me randomly. Crew Blumling in the service center told me to bring my car in and they would look at it, and lend me a loaner vehicle. He was professional and knowledgeable, updating me throughout the process. Contacted me when he knew what was wrong with my vehicle and we discussed finances, which were extremely reasonable. My car was fixed and ready for me that same exact day. It was honestly a breath of fresh air receiving that treatment, rather than some of the negative experiences I’ve had at other auto shops. If I ever have any other issues with vehicles in the future this is where I will be going, and I recommend that others do the same.

I will never bring my car here again. Every time I go they attempt to get me to change my cabin air filter and want to charge ridiculous amounts of money for it. Last year they not only asked me multiple times about changing it, but they also went ahead and changed it even after I told them no multiple times, and then charged me for it. After multiple phone calls and getting charged another time for the filter, they finally refunded my money. Then, a couple weeks ago, I take my car for a simple oil change and yet again, I run into issues. After leaving from my service appointment, I notice something dangling in front of my rear passenger tire. They had taken out the bolts from the air flap (for reasons I can’t figure out) and never replaced them so it was hanging down and being destroyed by my tire. By the time I noticed, the service dept. was closed so I call the next day and no one can talk to me. Finally, the man I dealt with at the front desk contacts me and says he doesn’t know why they’d mess with that. I don’t know why either but it wasn’t broken before and it is now. He tells me he’ll have to talk to someone else and she’d be in contact with me. The next day I get a text from him asking where to mail the parts (which is what I had requested they do) and I give him my address. I assumed this meant that they were going to take care of it but lo and behold, nothing ever arrived to my house. A couple days after that, I noticed the seal in the wheel well was now loose which I’ve never had an issue with before. In summary, do not take your car here for service unless you want them to tear it up and then blow you off when you try to get them to take care of it. Extremely disappointed in this place and will never again take my car here for anything. UPDATE: After leaving this review, I was contacted about it and the service manager sent me a part to replaced the one that was damaged.
